Here's my unboxing experience. I received the case and it seem used. There were blemishes and scratches on the case which gave the product a used appearance. Not how the pictures looked on the site. so I returned the item to the seller and I was not happy at all with the product. Good luck!

I had free credit from Samsung and received this case May 2020. Looked really nice and had compliments on it. Let me tell you that it is flimsy. Phone is kept either in a scrub pocket or my purse. The case cracked in the corner.. Samsung would not even replace it. So less than 2 months and it is going in the trash. Don't buy this. Buy a case made to actually protect your phone and last longer than a couple months. ... show more

The good - the cover protects the screen when it is closed and stored in my purse or back pocket. The bad - the cover opens when the phone falls, and the 'bumpers' are at the same level as the screen. The ugly - When I accidentally dropped my phone, the lid flew open, it landed face down and the glass shattered. So no, I do not recommend this case. In fact, I advise against it.
