Fast, Affordable Replacement
This is a replacement for the replacement, LOL. The remote that comes with the Samsung television is ridiculous it is so small hardly any buttons so you don't know what you're pushing and when my mother visits her arthritis is so bad she can't hold it in her hand. So I ordered this exact same remote a while ago it works wonderfully no problems put batteries in it I always swap out the batteries that it comes with, and it's ready to go. But, like all things this needed to be replaced simply because it was time to replace it. Just stopped working, change the batteries and nothing worked ,rebooted the TV , nothing .I finally got out the other remote and everything worked so I knew it had to be replaced. Got it the next day and we're good to go it's an excellent price for a great remote

The Right Replacement
Love my new remote! Came pretty quickly after ordering. Needed to replace my original remote due to wear and tear. You will need to add batteries once the remote is received but other than that it was ready to use. I didn't have to program it for my tv, bonus!!! It connected automatically. All of the buttons and functions worked perfectly. So glad I found it on Amazon, it was sold out on the Samsung site. Worth the purchase, cost the same price as the one on the Samsung site.

Have to click once for every level of volume. Can't hold down.
The only thing I don't like about this remote is that the can't hold down volume buttons, or any button for that matter, to change things faster. You have to click one for each volume level up or down. Buttons are a little too small as well making you mess up often unless you're looking directly at the remote.

I did not know that my remote control was malfunctioning until I contacted Samsung support after trying countless times to connect the tv on the internet. When I called the customer service identified the problem and offered me a link to purchase the remote from them buy when searched it in Amazon I saw next day delivery and bought this for one. So fair it’s been working fine. I recommend this product.
