I love this phone, fits in my pocket, works great, pretty much a Samsung galaxy that folds up. Plus, the outer screen will lite up with the time of day and other stuff without opening. Opening will answer phone, so convenient.

The media could not be loaded. I received the phone with a dead pixel. I was offered a resolution but deception, or in the best case scenario, poor communication skills, led to confusion and what I felt was an unfair resolution. I needed access to a phone and was not in a position to return the only phone I have and wait for a replacement. I think they knew they had leverage and decided to use it to their advantage. A short time later the power button got stuck which cause the sensor to not read my finger print. Then the plastic that surrounds the edges started to come apart. I got more dead pixels in the fold and finally fluid leaking from the fold over the screen. I didn't have unreasonable expectations when I ordered a refurbished phone. although i was told the phone was in Excellent condition. I didn't expect to receive a phone with a bad pixel that was ultimately s unusable in 5 weeks. You should be ashamed. ... show more

I would like to start by saying the seller is very nice and understanding . However please save your money and buy a different phone from this seller. Galaxy did a horrible job on this phone to say it costs so much new. The phone functions great and it came like new but the battery life is horrible, if you want to only have 5-6 hours per day of battery life this is the phone for you. Then to make matters worse the phone takes forever to charge if you haven’t spent $50 on a Samsung fast charger. It’s like the phone rejects any charger that’s not Samsung and takes about 6+ hours for a full charge. Again the seller is great but I would not recommend this phone. If you need your phone to be ready and charged in case of any emergencies do not get this phone. I have been with Galaxy for years and I must say this it quite pitiful. I think I will be switching to iPhone soon. ... show more

Came on time. No damage or imperfections to the phone. Charged it up and put my sim card in it and it worked no problems. I was worried i made a mistake by the negative reviews. But as long as you realize this phone is specifically for T-Mobile phone service you should have no problems

Got this phone in October and by April the screen blacked out and never came back on. I had to switch back to my old phone. I never dropped the phone. Very disappointed in the product.
