The media could not be loaded. I received the phone with a dead pixel. I was offered a resolution but deception, or in the best case scenario, poor communication skills, led to confusion and what I felt was an unfair resolution. I needed access to a phone and was not in a position to return the only phone I have and wait for a replacement. I think they knew they had leverage and decided to use it to their advantage. A short time later the power button got stuck which cause the sensor to not read my finger print. Then the plastic that surrounds the edges started to come apart. I got more dead pixels in the fold and finally fluid leaking from the fold over the screen. I didn't have unreasonable expectations when I ordered a refurbished phone. although i was told the phone was in Excellent condition. I didn't expect to receive a phone with a bad pixel that was ultimately s unusable in 5 weeks. You should be ashamed. ... show more

I've always been a fan of Samsung phones. Most recent phone was a Motorola (gifted my father in law my newish Samsung s9 couple of years ago). Anyway... I got tired of carrying around a big bulky (with case) heavy phone (especially in summer with limited pockets) so I decided to buy this phone and give it a try. Does everything you need. Pic quality is ok. Memory is no problem. Battery life is VERY short when using normal mode. Do yourself a favor and turn on power saving ASAP. It helped the battery life tremendously. I'm not CONSTANTLY on my phone so battery gets the job done daily. If I'm watching videos on my lunch break at work I have my charge cable handy. I'd say this phone is worth it. I see the battery life no different than my wife's iphone. Recommend. ... show more

Came on time. No damage or imperfections to the phone. Charged it up and put my sim card in it and it worked no problems. I was worried i made a mistake by the negative reviews. But as long as you realize this phone is specifically for T-Mobile phone service you should have no problems

Got this phone in October and by April the screen blacked out and never came back on. I had to switch back to my old phone. I never dropped the phone. Very disappointed in the product.
