Went to Verizon after reading the description and purchasing this product and they inserted a 5G chip, that did not work. They try to back up chip and they checked the IMEI and it was found at this device was not unlocked to their network. Deceptive advertising in their description. It is not unlocked to any network. This is Wi-Fi only. Buyer beware. I contacted Amazon by the way and they were of little to no help. Offering me to fully return it and I had already sold my other tablet so now I'm stuck looking for another solution. Other than that this would be five stars because I love this tablet. It fits all my needs except for not being 5G compatible with my network. I can only use Wi-Fi now and connect it through the hotspot on my phone which is not the same and not what they said in the description they need to change the description to reflect what is accurate with their tablets. So much for saving a hundred bucks. Go with the legit version with your phone company instead ... show more

I received the tablet in a big box with charging cord and charger tablet was 3/4 of the wa out of the plastic bubble wrap that it was placed in since it wasn't taped nor sealed and nothing in the box to keep it from flopping around.
