This tablet is pristine, and the condition is wonderful. I almost couldn't believe it was refurbished. The colors are vivid and the image quality is sharp enough to cut diamond. The framerate is buttery smooth, the speakers are loud, and the battery lasts a very long time. I often only ever have to charge every third day with normal use. Now I'll be first to admit that I use the Nova launcher on my home screen. Besides that, the Samsung ecosystem paired with the beautiful display and extremely fast processor with long battery life makes this tablet and asset in my daily life. While I don't keep it inside of my Jeep, I do use it as the infotainment system, safely of course. I also use it regularly and it is well worth what I paid for it. It is great to use in portrait or landscape mode depending on the application I am using and the screen size is for me the perfect ratio for any task. Lighter weight than a laptop. Very quick because it's all solid state. The smart S-pen makes it easier to edit photos, draw, etc. I purchased "renewed" by Amazon to save a few $$. There a lots of free, or nearly free apps making this a very useful tool. There's no noticeable differnce from "brand new". I also purchased a used a genuine Samsung keyboard case with full-size keys - much easier to use than smaller keyboards. The keyboard (and S-pen) attach magnetically. I use a lot of large spreadsheets. The only drawback is that I haven't found a full function office suite like Microsoft or Google that aren't cloud-based or without subscription. (Most alternatives are limited in their ability to handle a lot of data.) Overall, this is a great alternative to larger computers. ... show more

I this this model is extremely underrated. Its hard to find a fault for the price. The battery life on mine is awesome. The AMOLED colors and blacks are rich. The Dolby surround sound is impressively obvious when activated. The S Pen works great, and touch sensitivity is on point! The best part about this is shared by most android products - Dex mode. Dex mode on this tablet feels powerful and convenient. I couldn't ask for more from a refurbished product. I keep discovering uses and capabilities for this lil machine. Big fan! Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1/5 Stars) Extremely Disappointed - Missing Accessories, Terrible Customer Service I purchased the Samsung Galaxy Tab S8+ (Renewed), expecting a quality product that came with all the promised accessories. What I received was a tablet in good condition, but it was missing the S-Pen, USB charging cable, and charging brick—the very things that made this tablet worth buying in the first place. Let me be clear: the S-Pen is not an optional accessory for me; it’s essential for the reason I bought the tablet—to take notes and do digital artwork. Its absence rendered the tablet pretty much useless for my needs. But that’s not where the frustration ends. When I reached out to Amazon's customer service, I was shocked to learn that the only solution they could offer was to return the entire tablet for a full refund. This was not only inconvenient but entirely unnecessary. The tablet itself works perfectly fine, and the only issue was with the missing accessories. Why should I have to jump through hoops to return a product that’s otherwise fine just because Amazon failed to include the accessories I paid for? I asked for a simple solution—send me the missing parts or offer a partial refund—but that was met with blanket policy answers and no flexibility. This is beyond disappointing. As a long-time Amazon customer, I expected far better, but this experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Amazon prides itself on customer service, but when it comes to actually fixing a simple problem, they seem completely uninterested in making it right. Instead, they hide behind rigid policies that don’t account for individual customer needs or situations. I would have loved to recommend this tablet, but between the missing accessories and the infuriating customer service, I can’t. I’ll think twice before making another major purchase with Amazon, especially if it’s a refurbished product.
