This is absolutely perfect because we use our Note's all the time for meetings and whatnot, so there was no learning curve. I purchased this for my wife as her Christmas gift. It was such a disappointment that Verizon could not add the tablet to there network even though the device is sold as a "Verizon" device. We were told that the IMEI was not supported by Verizon. I did talk with samsung. They verified that the IMEI was good and the tablet should have been able to be added to the Verizon network. It was not an issue on Samsung side. I spent 3 hours on the phone between Samsung and Verizon with no resolve. I Have returned the tablet since we are unable to attach it to our plan. ... show more

Great for browsing the web and reading apps. I haven't tried much else thus far but everything has been user friendly. I also use Samsung phones and love that the tablet and phone are so similar in use.

So far so good. Not sure why others said it didn't work as a Verizon tablet, mine worked perfectly. Just took the sim card out of my old tablet and put in new tablet. Whatever you dont buy the amazon used tablet they do not work ive got 2 of them they are complete garbage after amazon gets thier hands on them they dont connect to whatever service that you connect them to and amazon has no answer for you but after you receive your 2nd defective tablet but to tell you they cant do anything but force you to ship back the product and accept a refund. Its a shame cause amazon usually handles business well but they dropped the ball and then some on these. ... show more

    • This devices is NOT registered in the Verizon database and does not work without MUCH effort.

Be Prepared. This device not recognized by Verizon out of the box needs to be added to the Verizon database. It is required to go through a lengthy and complex registration process and a 24-hour hold before Verizon will recognize it for use on the network. BUY DIRECT FROM VERIZON.
