I had a Ipad Air as well and ended up giving it away as i stopped using it completely. I kept having connectivity issues with the iPad, including GPS failures and compatibility problems. The Samsung just works. All the time. I was able to get a nice low-price, unlimited data plan with verizon on it and use it everyday. Picture quality is excellent. Performs well even at very low brightness. Volume is loud and clear enough to use it to play music in a room, but i use it mainly with headphones. Tablet came well-packed in a Samsung box. Excellent, like-new condition. Crisp picture, fast speed when watching movies and navigating through apps. No problems adding and activating a Verizon sim card. Added an SD card so I'll have plenty of storage to transfer pictures from my phone.

Too much dent and scratches. I thought to gift it. But can't gift it to anyone. But they packed well and was careful to send me a clean product. But the backside wasn't clean though. I am buying old product I know but don't want such scratched and dent product. But I appreciate that they have send it with a screen protector. The display looks nice.
