    • Careful not entirely accurate. NOT Unlocked.
It was advertised to be unlocked and to work with any GSM carrier. However it was not unlocked it was still locked to AT&T. When I called AT&T they said the phone met all the requirements for an unlock but was never unlocked. Be careful unlocked means something very different to them. Also the battery drains 10 times as fast as my 5 year old galaxy J3 and this is with the phone in standby and me using the old phone to play games. So summary it's bad. Also the charger given with the phone isn't a lightning charger. As it takes almost 6 hours for a charge. Also the fingerprint system no longer works, I cannot hold them at fault as this is a known issue with this phone. Besides that it was like new no scratches or dents. I'll try and add pics later if I can. Word of advice if you plan on getting one of these it's likely to not be unlocked and be prepared to have to replace the battery which I was estimated by Batteries Plus approx 85.00. And it really needs a Qi charger. So another 25.00 by the time it's all said and done. Your phone just became over 100.00 more. Just to have it functioning as intended. Product is factory defective very bad when you hook it to your carrier it isn’t very compatible the phone system it’s just very very slow it takes time to respond even when you try to open an app that’s built in to the phone it over heats and batter life it’s very bad . And I have received 2 bad phone already because I used their policy exchange and none of those 2 phones worked at all ... show more

    • I thought it was a good phone, but now?...
After reading several of the feedback left for this phone, I wasn't sure whether I'd be happy with my purchase or not. Well, I've had it for just over a week, now, and it's "so far, so good!". It was listed as used- like new, and it sure seems it is! It's replacing another edge with a flickering screen, and so far it's worked flawlessly. I had a few problems getting all my apps back, but now have back what I wanted to keep. I had fears I wouldn't receive the kind of phone I paid for, but indeed this phone is exactly what I wanted so I'm happy with it. About the only con I've found with the phone is that the fingerprint reader doesn't work very well. Perhaps that's because I keep it in a case? I don't know, but it makes me wonder about it. All in all, great phone! Happy with my purchase, so I'm doing good! UPDATE! I've now had this phone for nearly two months, and it has suddenly stopped working right! I was told my sim card had gone bad, at first, but when I went to get another sim card I was told the phone's imei had gone corrupted! I've been trying to fix it for at least two weeks, now- unsuccessfully! Unfortunately I've found out the phones this seller "fixes" aren't worked on correctly leading to problems on down the line. If the worker had actually fixed it I wouldn't be writing this unfortunate update. ... show more
