The new one ui is absolutely horrible, it completely ruined all my apps and customization I've done while forcefully adding useless AI tools and bloatware onto my phone, I would immediately return the device if I could. It's a very high quality phone however the things Samsung does makes this device worthless, I will have to mod this phone just to get a useable device unlike how it currently is. I will never support Samsung again. It is quite possibly the best device I've ever used in terms of specs, but lack of expandable storage and no official aftermarket batteries is another disgusting move by this greedy company, don't support these horrible companies that give you less for more. ... show more

Phone performs well, I would reccomend purchasing the locked version of YOUR sevice provider instead of an unlocked phone. I got the att model. I was mistakenly sent a wrong color but im happy with the titanium black model. Thankfully I did get reimbursed for it by the seller. Kudos to seller. (the color mix up was a one time thing) Phone runs nicely, the battery could do an hour better but otherwise its still good. I love my new Samsung! I didn't have any issues connecting my carrier to it, it was simple. It was simple to set up also with the info from my old phone. It is a great phone. The picture quality is great! The battery life last a long time. I wake up to it 100% and it's down to maybe 20% late at night, that's if I use it a lot. The size is perfect for me. The Good: The screen is perfect and there's no scratches anywhere. It comes with a screen protector already installed on it. Aftermarket USBC cable for transferring data and a high-powered charger, also USBC in the box. It was wrapped in packaging foam and there was no original box. It came by Federal Express which I had to sign for. The bad: The pen is not recognized by the phone. You can do just about everything with it but the remote aspect of it does not work. One of my favorite things to do is take group pictures and I cannot do that. The icon is extremely annoying as it's constantly blinking not recognizing the pen. So I had to shut off the notifications. This is an unlocked phone to a carrier but it is a T-Mobile phone. It came with a bunch of T-Mobile bloatware and if you do not shut off the T-Mobile built-in app that you cannot get rid of, it will automatically download third-party apps. So I did a hard reboot and everything is the same. The annoying flashing pen icon and T-Mobile. Other than the "bad" it's a great flagship phone. ... show more

I wasn't looking to upgrade my phone. Then I found out Samsung finally did away with the curved edge screen, and became curious. Was leary about buying the phone from an Amazon Seller, but this was the best decision ever. The phone is in brand new condition. You only know it's isn't because it doesn't come in the original box and the cost. This phone is beyond mighty in it's features and capabilities. Nothing short of having a pc in your pocket or purse. I received my phone about a month and a half ago. Setting it up was relatively easy, and I used the included USB-C to USB-C cable to transfer virtually everything from the old phone to this one via Samsung Smart Switch. I replaced a five year old Motorola with this renewed Galaxy S24 Ultra. I was wary, but reviewers said they were pleased with their renewed phones. So far, I'm very happy with mine. It was in pristine condition and works without issues. I bought a wireless charger for my night stand, and 12-volt 30w charger for the car. The phone charges nicely with both. I live rural, and the 5G works on the road where my old phone dropped out. I also get more "bars" at home. If I run into any issues later, I'll update the review, but for now, it's like I bought a new phone and I couldn't be more pleased. ... show more
