    • i purchased a navy blue s21 fe and recieved a gray s21 fe. i already purchased a blue case.
the phone is in great condition, it has some scratches around camera and frame that were covered with a case. the screen is perfect. excellent value for the money. i only wish i would have recieved the navy blue phone i purchased instead of gray. i did not want gray.

I cracked the screen of my S20 FE so I decided to get the cheapest replacement. I usually buy my phones on eBay as you can find brand new 1 year old phones at reasonable prices. I took a chance with Amazon reconditioned phones and for the price I suppose that is OK. There was a light scratch on the screen but otherwise unnoticeable. The phone in general was B+ condition. The battery blows. This is definitely where a used phone shows its true colors. I will not keep for long as I find the S21 FE very buggy and inferior than the S20. I don't pay retail for cell phones so just like my past ones if the screen cracks; I toss it out like trash.. ... show more

I've been using the phone for 3 weeks and it seems very good to me, it doesn't have any problems except the battery but there is only a problem if you use it a lot or ask for a lot of demanding things ,btw, It is reconditioned but it is like new

I was so excited when I got the phone today and immediately started setting up. It was like new and only had a few fine lines in the back, the screen and cameras were perfect. I went to put the case I bought for it and it didn't fit. Then I got the Google notification to setup my new Galaxy S20 FE. I was so disappointed and proceeded to reset and repacked to send back. Perhaps an honest mistake, but still after waiting anxiously for a week, it was a bummer. ... show more

Good upgrade I thought, from s8 but the refurbished phone was good by looks, but after a couple months I'm noticing my battery is not holding a charge so the price of labor and a new batt is not worth buying refurbished. 1 yr later mic went out so no one can hear you speaking and the phone doesn't ring anymore! ... show more
