    • Buyer Beware
I purchased this phone because it was advertised as unlocked. When I tried to active with my carrier, Consumer Cellular, a message popped up saying "sorry your device can't be activated on another carrier's network right now. I tried to call their support number and it said they are not taking phone calls. The is an option to "chat" but no chat feature. I have left a message through the website and Amazon to contact me. I sent them emails for assistance. They said I had to deal with Amazon for any support issues. I will update this review when and if this issue is resolved or not. Updated: The seller would not deal with me directly. I had to contact Amazon to have the phone replaced. Hopefully the next phone will be as advertised. Updated: I received the new phone and again it was not unlocked. Do not buy from this seller. ... show more

    • Great overall phone
This is an excellent phone with many features my previous smartphone didn't have (this phone lets me cast to screen, use wireless charging, and use AR scanning in Pokemon Go), and I love having a phone that's still new enough to get updates without the big new phone price. The only cons I have are not really issues overall, but I'll list them for your general info. There is no headphone jack (not an issue if you have Bluetooth headphones/earbuds), there's no place for a storage card (there's still plenty of internal storage anyway), the built-in apps from Verizon aren't able to be uninstalled (but can be disabled/ignored) and the welcome message when starting up the phone says hello from Verizon even though I'm using T-Mobile. An important note: to update the phone I have to connect to wi-fi, otherwise I get an error message. I think it's because I don't use the Verizon network as the manufacturer assumed I would, but with my in-home wifi this also isn't an issue and just something to remember. ... show more

I bought two of these (one for me and one for my wife). The Cloud Red model (my wife's) was probably B or C grade quality with a few very small nicks, scratches/dents, and a little gunk around the camera and around the speakers and charge port. Honestly I expected better. I'm a certified phone repairman, so it seems a little sketchy that they didn't list the quality grade of refurbished phone I'd be receiving. The Cloud Blue one I received (mine) was actually in MUCH better condition, definitely A grade. But it was cheaper than the red...Both function perfectly fine as a Galaxy S20 FE 5G should. Just seems a bit random cosmetically. Otherwise it's a great deal for the money! ... show more

    • Only lasted 6 months
Had this phone for 6 months, and as soon as I bought the phone I bought a waterproof, dust proof, full body case and the phone never left the case, the phone was used for work only so I wasn't on it very much and after about 6 months I started getting a notification popping up on my screen that the phone was too hot to use the maps app ( that I would use to find customers homes) and after a few days of it saying that even when I hadn't used the phone all day I would try to open maps and this notification would pop up. About 3 days of this happening I noticed a small crack at the top of the screen and was puzzled as to what happened since I had never dropped the phone so I took the case off and the back of the phone was popped off on the same side as the crack so I pushed it back together then later that day the screen started to open all the apps and call people on its own and by the end of the day the screen was flashing green then went black. Not sure what happened but to me its not worth the money for a phone to be used hardly at all and still be in amazing condition and stop working after 6 months. ... show more

I wanted an updated phone at a reasonable price. I did buy the phone new. No imperfections noted. I wanted the specific qualities of the Samsung FE. I still wanted the ability to use an plug=in headphone in case of emergency. I am pleased with the charging mechanism and the ability to use an adapter as needed. The camera is fast and has really improved in quality. Pictures are sharp and accurate coloring noted. I am very pleased and would use this option again to purchase a phone. ... show more
