These arrived reaking of toxic chemicals. The smell filled my small condo even though I put them outside. I only opened one shoe and there was an oily film covering the plastic which was on my hands. Ugh. It has triggered a migraine. These arrived within 24 hours so I assume they were stored in a local warehouse. Please, if your warehouse is chemically scented let us know in advance. This is a beautiful casual shoe. The color is true to the photo and the pair arrived in perfect condition. The construction is sturdy, the mule has light arch support, and is comfortable enough to cushion the sole of the foot. The sole is non-skid. The size is half a size smaller than a US-made women's shoe, though. Order a half-size up, even if you wear this type of shoe barefoot. I have owned two pairs of this brand and style mule - the sizes are consistently one-half size too small. The other pair of these mules, which I still own, has endured two-and-a half years of daily around-the-house and out-to-the mailbox wear.
