The phone didn't come unlocked. I had a very difficult time returning the item and getting a refund as well as having the seller to resolve the issue. The phone also goes blank at times. Otherwise, S20 is a good phone. I wouldn't encourage anyone to purchase this refurbished phone from this seller.

I ordered this phone as a gift for my niece and she was wowed by it's many features including 5G. But she said that there was no SD card slot which defied explanation as I had also sent a 512gb micro SD card. I contacted Amazon and explained the situation but they wrote back with instructions as if, as a current owner of an S20 Ultra and a long time user of Galaxy phones, I needed coaching. However, Amazon apologized for the error and was willing to reimburse me but how was I supposed to return the thing when it was already out of the country! So beware of this should you purchase the refurbished S20 as some models will not support external memory. ... show more

Phone arrived with no sim tray and when I got a new one, discovered not only does the phone not have room for a micro SD slot, but the phone also has no headphone jack. Bizarre. And when I put the sim card in on my "unlocked" cell phone, I got a pop up telling me I can't use my service without talking to Verizon, who require an account for all lines of customer service besides sales. Will be taking it into the store tomorrow and RETURNING if they can't fix it. ... show more

After 4 months, part of the screen completely stopped working out of the blue. The entire time I've had the phone the battery life has been god awful. I shouldn't have to a buy a new phone every four months because they are not quality. The reason the seller has good ratings is because everytime someone leaves a bad review Amazon strikes through it saying "We take responsibility for this" well I hope that responsibility comes with a refund because I'm sure it doesn't. Very disappointed that this company profits on selling broken phones. It is saddening to try to be enviornmentally friendly and to be scammed instead. Save your money. ... show more

This phone, even after all trouble shooting (ie network reset, off/on, network ap, ect) I still get the "Subject: No Subject" for group messages (as pictured) and in coming media. The media I get is usually TERRIBLE quality. This phone also likes to freeze and exit out of apps even with perfect connection. Also, wtf is up with the repetitive over heating?! I haven't been hurt but I've lost count how many times this phone has shut down for the heat or I've had to throw it in the freezer. ... show more
