I absolutely love these shoes. First, I'm a big lady, I'm over 50, my feet are in sad shape and these are the first heels I've worn in about 15 years. I wear a 9.5 wide, that's what I bought and they are perfect. I wanted leather so they will stretch to fit but they are already comfortable. I love the Velcro strap because I have a hard time with buckles. They are a little stiff but that's because they are new, however they don't rub anywhere. I love these shoes so much I bought 4 pairs of different colors. But a few months later the heals are all destroyed and cannot be fixed. So disappointing! Comfortable, cute and genuine leather but horrible rubber heals that don't hold up!
