    • Not Dual SIM, always rebooting and touchscreen malfunction - Cheap can be expensive
I bought this phone last December, bought it from another country and received it in January. Was brought to me personally by an acquaintance, not through a carrier, so no damage was done. When I got it, I realized that even though I bought as a Dual SIM ,the SIM card tray just had one slot. I had to buy a new SIM card tray to use it as a Dual SIM phone. But even worse than that it continued to reboot. I turned on the phone and it rebooted. Not restarted, rebooted. Factory settings. That could happen anytime, and it would happen 1-20 times a day. Had to reinstall software to stop it from doing that. It is now August. I have been using the phone for the last 8 months. But now the touchscreen is not working. It works only in some spots and whenever it wants. Most of the time I have to block the screen and unblock it a couple of times before it starts working. Blocking, waiting a few seconds or even minutes and unblocking does not work. Unblocking and waiting a few seconds before using the touchscreen does not work. It's a fairly good phone, but it came with so many issues I'm really disappointed. I bought it thinking it was going to be a phone I would have for many months, maybe even many years. But I'm thinking of changing this phone as soon as possible. ... show more

    • Unlocked International Version is actually locked
This phone is advertised on Amazon as "Factory unlocked" "International Version" and can be used with any GSM carrier. This is untrue. I bought it to use in Vietnam where all the carriers are GSM and it cannot be used because it is locked. I brought it to Samsung store in Vietnam and they tell me it needs a code to unlock. So I cannot use at all . What a waste of time and money. Can never trust these unscrupulous sellers ! ... show more
