  • They're my favorite
If you have a Samsung phone, the Galaxy Buds are probably the best wireless earbuds you can get. After doing a ton of research into wireless earbuds - it was basically between the Apple AirPods and the Galaxy Buds. It seems that universally, the AirPods were "less comfortable" (unless they fit your ears really well), and didn't have as good of sound - but had a better battery life and some nice features like Auto-Pause when you remove one. On the other side, the Galaxy Buds are more comfortable, with interchangeable tips and wings for different ear shapes and preferences. The sound is phenomenal, and the battery life is pretty darn good. I wish there was some better features, but I'm happy with what I have. When I bought mine - neither the Buds nor the AirPods had ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) - however, the Buds fit so snuggly in your ears that they do a pretty good job cancelling out any noise - like earplugs would. The downside is that if you have an iPhone your ability to control the Buds is severely limited. The same goes for people who have a Samsung (or other Android phone) and want to purchase AirPods. They've really locked you into their ecosystem. But, since you're here looking at Buds and not AirPods I'll assume you're looking for something that'll play nicely with Android. In my opinion these are the most comfortable wireless earbuds you can get. The battery life lasts me 8 hours (music only) before recharging, and the case is small and compact. The case can also be charged wirelessly so if you have a wireless charger - just drop it on top when not in use. The "Ambient Sound" is a nice feature to increase environmental sounds when you're using them, such as mowing the lawn - while still being able to listen to your music or podcasts. Although not having ANC, I don't believe they need them. They fit some comfortably and block out so much sound as is, ANC would just be more battery drain. Some downsides with the Buds is that the Phone audio quality is a lot to be desired, and if you're outside in a windy condition there's times the connection will get weird. I've had times with my phone in my pocket and simply kneeling down (putting pressure on my phone in my pocket) is enough to make the connection crackle. Why? I don't know - something to do with their codec I suppose. Those downsides aren't enough to dissuade me, and I keep my Buds on me almost everywhere I go. ... show more

  • Amazing Product
I love these! The sound quality, the battery life, the color, & also how comfortable they are. You also save a little money when you buy them on Amazon. Even though I no longer have a Galaxy phone they still work perfectly fine with my new LG phone. I can't recommend these earbuds enough!

  • Not the best in any one way, but better than many others.
I specifically bought these because of a recent switch from iPhone to Android (galaxy note 10+). My experience with bluetooth earbuds go back a bit to my old powerbeats, and I've always wanted a few features that were never easily accessible. 1. No cables! (Because.) 2. Independent audio drivers (I am hard of hearing and need to have one ear 'open' sometimes) 3. Passthru (same reason as above, and it's a great feature for workouts etc) 4. Reasonable battery life (long enough to make it through a work day, and not have to constantly charge the case) Another set I had previously were Anker's old Soundcore Liberty. They were great... but no passthru, no independent use, and mediocre battery life. They were $40 though, so I made due. Then the switch, and all of the features I wanted were available in one reasonably priced package! 100 bucks and good reviews. Well, they're alright. Let's deal with my faves and their faults. Faves: Battery life - I use both independent at work and these last 5 or 6 hours each without recharging. Ymmv. Charging case - using my wireless charger or the back of my note to power them rocks. Sound - while this will also be a fault, I listen to tons of podcasts and these deliver good sound during spoken word. Independent drivers - I use them both separately and independently of each other. Greatest feature in bluetooth buds ever. Period. Faults: Passthru - this is so close to being good, but it doesnt always work. Theres a voice priority setting, but I can't always hear people speaking at me with or without this on. While working out, it blocks out music ok, and I can still hear my machine and some other important sounds, but if its hit or miss, why use it? Also requires both buds, which is a bummer for someone hard of hearing... Sound - while podcasts sound amazing, some music sucks. They have almost 0 bass, and undercut much of why you need to have buds. Biggest miss by far. Comfort - They're comfortable enough for most use cases. But if I'm on the treadmill or doing something around the house, I shouldn't have to feel like they might suddenly fall out from a seemingly tight position. Overall, good battery and fine features make these good. If you can pick them up sub-$100, then they become great budget buds. Over than, and you're better off spending more or going super cheap if you just want good sound or super long lasting battery. ... show more

  • Perfect for calls.
I have been working from home for 2 years and have made many improvements in the equipment I use. I had been using plug ins, but I began having issues, so I decided to look into wireless. I asked a friend who also works from home what she uses and she loves her Samsung wireless. I read tons of reviews and Consumer Reports these were highly recommended. I am very happy with the purchase, the sound quality for the high volume of calls I make is excellent. They are comfortable; easy to adjust and wear. ... show more

  • BUYER BEWARE!!
I bought these to replace my old pair that I gave to my daughter. BIG MISTAKE. They were supposed to be brand new not refurbished but I'm doubting that. The ear buds don't hold a charge the "egg" doesn't hold a charge and the right ear bud goes out after about 30 mins of play. I don't like the new style Samsung released so I was excited to find these.... such a disappointment. (The set I gave my daughter... still holds a charge lasts for 6+ hours playing and sounds better than these new ones do and they are about 5 years old!!) ... show more
