I did a lot of research before buying this laptop and I am extremely satisfied with it. The only difficulty was with MS Windows needing to do a lot of updates before things stabilized but that is true for ANY new Windows PC. Some of the online reviews had negative comments but I found them not to be a problem. Here's some examples: Some said the display was too dim but I felt that it was plenty bright in daylight or in a dim room. Yes, there is some flexing in the keyboard but for normal typing it was not even noticeable. The speakers, though not fantastic, I found to be better than I expected. Granted that my previous HP laptop had up firing speakers which sounded better and the Samsung speakers are under the laptop body firing down but they sounded pretty good. Based on the negative speaker reviews for the Samsung I was expecting the sound to be terrible but it was actually pretty good. Another reviewer had problems with the Wi Fi speed he was getting but I ran a speed test and got the full speed I always get from my Wi Fi. The overall performance and graphics is very good and the light weight and size are excellent. I had to wait a little longer to get the Mystic Silver but I really didn't want the blue one. The wait was worth it!! ... show more

Number key pad to the right is great, but the enter button is small. I didn't pay attention to the photos when i bought it. Probably still would have purchased. Also the lights behind the keys don't light up very bright and the letters on the keys do not particularly standout. Hard to see in bright sunlight. Battery life is the only major let down. As compared to my old Asus it is really short, can only imagine over time how short it is going to get. Annoying. Over all great computer, had to find something to point out that was lacking. ... show more

It did not come with any of the vital drivers installed so the mouse pad did not work, the audio did not work and most importantly the internet did not work, and it is impossible to download the drivers and make the laptop work without internet (no way to plug an ethernet cable) so it is essentially useless ... show more

I like this model a lot. very fast and light. fingerprint login Unfortunately the device amazon sent had bluescreen of death once or twice a day so I will be returning it. I ordered a different Samsung Galaxy Book Pro and will keep it. (the device I will be keeping had an issue with the speaker and fingerprint sensor not working , but after several software updates both are now working Only downsides so far : only one USB port, and no Ethernet port Review changed to five stars after refund received Edit: After about 8 months this device suddenly died will not power up ... show more

This laptop is a little different than I expected with a white key board. It has the backlight but in dimming light it is hard to see the letters. I am concerned about the space, it says 512 but I have downloaded very little and it makes it look like it is taking up a lot of space. The battery does not last 20 hours and it takes at least 3 hours to recharge. I download the AV protection and it made my screen flicker so I uninstalled it. Never have had good luck with that program. Once I uninstalled it, it is fine. Battery is not lasting 20 hours as it says. I have used it for almost 12 hours and on second recharge. I have until January to decide to send it back or not but so far I am on the fence. I just wish I knew if the space is going to be enough or not. ... show more

It's unnervingly light for a 15.6 inch laptop but it is a powerhouse. I use it for software development and it's holding up really well. Been over a week now and so far no heating or fan issues. There have been complaints about the keyboard from other reviews, but from my experience I quite like the key depth, it's quite comfortable for me and I think the flex is less noticeable on the mystic silver model.
