I like the smallness of it as it fits into pants pockets. It was $168.30 (tax included) but with all the updated apps it's like a more expensive phone. I haven't added face recognition or fingerprint reader yet so don't know how that is. One thing I am having problems with when I text, sometimes it goes back to the home screen. I'm the kind of person who will use a phone as long as I can, I don't upgrade unless I absolutely have to. I refuse to spend what equates to a mortgage payment on a cell phone. My older Samsung galaxy worked okay, but even with a micro SD card I was running out of space and could no longer update my apps. This phone has 2x the internal memory and the price was reasonable for me. I've had it a few months and so far I've been very happy with it. It has plenty of memory and doesn't lag. This phone is fine other than receiving text messages. I only receiving about 80% of my messages. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app about 4 times, done soft resets etc. but the problem still persists. It's not our carrier. My husband has a cheap phone and never has this issue. I've googled it and it appears I am not the only person having an issue with this phone. I've had Samsung phones for years and loved them but this one is driving me nuts. I've had this less than a year and I can't take it anymore. I will be looking for something new. Update: this phone has now resets itself 3 times, I have to do smart switch from my old phone everytime and lose all kinds of stuff. This is the worst Samsung product I have ever had. ... show more

I find myself cursing this phone quite often. It is functional which is certainly a wonderful thing. I am using it to write this. One of the things I dislike is it to have to push two buttons to get from here to the keyboard or from the keyboard to the microphone.
