Phone looks and acts as new, as far as I can tell, and I was able to save a bit of money on it. I decided on the fold for mobile gaming when I don't have my tablet with me. The way it unfolds, I can actually see things on the screen that I can't see on the tablet, despite it being obviously larger overall. I haven't tested if I loose any width from the phone unfolding as it's not wide-screen, but to me it was more important to see more of the up and down for lists of missions I had to do. I'd assume this would make reading emails and books easier as well. the power saving feature as default just dims the screen greatly, I'm used to phones where the default completely turns off the screen. That's also a nice thing as far as the games I play. I can save the battery power while still being able to see the game running in case something I don't expect happens that I need to react to.

This is the best phone I've ever had, I actually pre-ordered it and got it day one but some disgusting criminal stole it from me. I rebought this Amazon renewed because I was honestly depressed without it, and it came 3 days early in absolutely perfect condition, which I feared it would have a few scratches or something on it but no not at all. It's almost as if It was never stolen from me, except I'm out so much money. Thank you so much for reconnecting me with my most treasured device, and at such a discount, words cannot express how happy and whole I am again.

I had an A21 by samsung before this cause of being with Metro. I love this phone! I had mad many S series and a couple of A series but this phone blows them all out of the water. Opens and the screen is seamless for the most and definitely when the screen is in use. You basically have a phone when closed and a tablet when open, And yes the change over was easy this phone most certainly works on Metro by T-mobile. Not even a single hiccup changing over but as they told me these higher end phone make sure the are US unlocked and and network unlocked cause the international unlock has an issues when doing services like Metro.

I'm quite pleased with this phone and with the seller. PLEASE NOTE: I am updating a review for the seller because what I thought was their mistake turned out to be a mistake by the person at the T-Mobile store! When possible, do things yourself, don't trust the "experts" at the cell phone stores. The phone was delivered ahead of schedule, everything works well. My only complaint is that the phone still thinks it's supposed to be a Verizon phone and complains about the SIM card when booting (same issue another reviewer reported); however, this doesn't seem to have any impact on the phone functionality.

I got a fold2 which looks and feels brand new. I got the original 25 watt charger and usb c to usb c cable. This phone is mind blowing. Yes its heavy and definitely fragile but i have insurance one it through squaretrade. I bought the spigen pro armor case but it so thick and heavy im sending it back. It makes the phone too bulky. But for those who drop their phone alot they will need it. Im going naked and hope i will be more careful with this phone. I did buy skin for the back and that helps with scratches and grip. All for $1380 if you count the 5% from the amazon prime CC. Great deal love this phone. Great seller got back immediately with answers to my questions.

I noticed a small nick on the front screen and thought I could replace the screen protector. Except it never came with one. Since it's not a new item it may have occurred with a previous owner. I asked for a front screen protector. The reply email I received was "Sorry we dont have the screen protector. You will need to get your own." This after contacting yywireless 3 times and finally getting someone to pick up the phone, to then be told they will speak to a manger but one isn't available because they are all "busy" at the moment. I would get a call back at the end of the day which never happened. I then get the email as a response instead of a call. If you think you're getting everything you would as if you're buying new, you'd be mistaken.

Got my phone today looks very nice very easy to set up. I had one previously and it was a very good phone lasted two years with no problem at all. Amazon stood by its warranty of one that I had to return. because the glass was cracking in the center. I love these phones and the service from Amazon .

Was overall pleased with the condition of the device, though once I turned it on I was wary of the "Verizon" logo that appears during the start up. There was a note in the box with the device that assured me that the device I purchased is, in fact, "Factory Unlocked" and once a new sim card is inserted and a factory reset is completed, it should work. I followed these instructions, though there is still a "Verizon" logo during start up, a few Verizon applications that cannot be uninstalled, as well as a few Verizon themed ringtones. Since the sim card I inserted was not provided from Verizon, I get a notification every time I restart the device that the sim card is not from Verizon. Luckily, the T-Mobile sim card is working so far in terms of making calls and using mobile data, though many of the pre-installed Samsung apps will only update over Wi-Fi, and don't seem to be able to update over T-Mobile 5G, which is minor, but still an inconvenience. I am hopeful that my service will remain uninterrupted, though a bit disappointed that this product is advertised as being "factory unlocked" When it seems like, at least my device I purchased, is still somehow tethered to Verizon, and would operate better with Verizon as my service provider. Aside from the questionable advertising, I am quite pleased of the condition of the device. There are only two, hardly visible scratches on the front screen, and a very small dent on the rear camera bezel. Aside from that the device looks fantastic.
