First my wife and I have had our current samsung galaxy s21 ultra since they were released like 4 years ago with no issues. My phone is still going strong but my wife dropped hers and the screen went out so I needed to replace my wifes galaxy s21 uItra. I ordered this phone specially because it was supposedly in new condition. After using it for a few weeks now I'm pretty sure I got scammed and that I was sold a refurbished phone as a new phone. The first red flag was the box the phone came in was already open, the touch screen doesn't work when the phone is charging or laying flat. Bluetooth drops when the phone is less than 30 feet away.
