We haven't had this dryer for a year yet and ate having more and more issues. It has locked on in sanitize mode and had to be manually shut off. It will stop drying seconds after starting a load that is not dry. It is ridiculous.

    • Error 3c makes dryer never stop
I would recommend staying far away from this dryer. We purchased on December 8th, 2020 and about two months ago go an error 3C and the dryer wouldn’t stop running. It miraculously went away but then came back a few weeks ago. The repairman came out and said the price to fix would be almost as much to replace. We can run the dryer and just unplug it when we are done. This is clearly not ideal. A dryer should last longer than two and a half years. ... show more

    • I will only buy Samsung now!
I love using this dryer since it has many features, especially the sanitize feature. These days, that is very valuable. Another added plus is that it has no wrinkle button and a nice musical jingle when the cycle is done.
