I moved to a much smaller house. At my old place I had a full and a twin. At the new place, there's pretty much only room for the twin. The sheet I had on it was an old white one. I didn't use the bed much, so it was no big deal. Once I moved I sleep on it most every night. The sheet kept coming off every morning. Enter this- Boom!! It fits without coming off. The bed is deep, which is why the other one kept coming off. It wasn't big enough from top to bottom. Length and width it was fine. Just not deep enough. This puppy is the perfect size. The only time it will come off is when I take it off to wash it. I can't verify stain resistance. I've only had it about a week. I like the color. I'll be ordering a black one in the next bit here. As an aside- I'm glad I found a place that just sells the sheets. I ordered a set, but it only came with one pillow case. Since I haven't shopped for twin bed sets in my life, I wasn't aware of that. I returned it. Then figure in I don't use the top sheet. I only want the fitted ones. That meant I would be paying quite a bit for a fitted sheet and one pillow case. ... show more

I was taking care of my mother when she was in hospice and after she got a hospital bed her old fitted sheets would not stay on the bed which was a huge pain as a caregiver (and for my mom) as they would detach and bunch up under her back over the waterproof pad and get soiled and have to be changed frequently. These sheets fit not just over the mattress but also behind the bed frame and never came loose which greatly decreased the amount of bed changes, back pain and laundry during that difficult time. I was pleased with this fitted sheet. It had nice deep pockets to prevent slipping off the mattress, a constant issue I've had in the past. Even with frequent washing and drying the sheet doesn't shrink to where it slips off the mattress. I've stained it repeatedly with coffee and it washes just fine. Color hasn't faded either. the fitted sheet seems fine, but I was appalled that when it was delivered it was not in a bag, a box, nothing. Just the sheet in an opened plastic bag that it came in with a label on it. C'mon now. You can do better than that!
