This phone is heavy, however the battery is huge. The projector is very impressive. I usually have it in my truck or in my backhoe in a holder so the weight is no issue. I live in the desert so in the summer heat causes every phone I have had to shut down due to over temperature. This one does not. The fan comes on and keeps it running even in 120 degree ambient temperature. Has so much battery life that using the flashlights (all three) never compromises communications. I have noticed a bit shorter range from my Bluetooth battery monitor from my old Samsung A71 bus only 10 feet or so. I assume due to the metal frame, but not enough for concern of any kind. It still works 50 feet. Here in the desert dust is a major problem. This thing has a purge function to push out water and dust. The fan comes up on high speed and the vibration motor activates shaking the phone loosening the powder inside the fan cavity and exhausting it out the side. Works unbelievably well. Haven't had it under water yet but will try that soon! Night vision camera is excellent! You can dim the IR illuminator and turn them off. Dim the display to super dim and see any light source. Wish I would have bought the pro version with the thermal camera! Absolutely love this thing.

Works on Verizon in the United States. Simply insert sim card. Make sure to look under the package in the box for the exterior rubber case ,yes this monster comes with a protective case.i just got the phone ,I will update

I ordered this phone from 8849 directly, it would like to spread the word on it. It's the first time I've tried a non mainstream phone, and I couldn't be happier. The screen is bright and sharp, with a snappy frame rate. The projector can make a nice image in bright conditions, enough to make a 30 inch screen anyway. In a pitch black room, it looks fantastic at 70ish inches. The phone is fast, I've been setting up emulation, such as ps2, gamecube, etc. It's a strong phone that with emulation is basically a pc work station or entertainment center with game consoles in your pocket. The only real con I can give it after 2 weeks of use, is it's weight and bulk( which I've gotten used to), and the finger print sensor doesn't seem to like my finger, and takes a few attempts to open. If your a techy, who wants music, games, movies etc, that you can use almost anywhere with a big screen, this is a fantastic device.
