    • A single app at a time device
Disappointed. Was tired of lugging around a large heavy laptop with crappy battery life when 90% of what I did was web browsing and interacting with Google apps. So I thought, since my phone handles browsing and streaming wonderfully, how bad could a Chromebook be doing the same thing? The interface is hard to make productive; not easy to organize your apps. But the most annoying thing is that it isn't responsive at all; I often have to click an icon a few times for it to work and apps freeze and crash often. I know it only has 4GB RAM and having a browser with 20 tabs open will eat that all up. But these issues still happen, not nearly as often, when I'm only running one app. But really, why only 4GB when most phones have 6 or 8 now standard? Another thing I find really annoying is that there isn't a hibernation mode, just a sleep mode that silently eats at least 10% of the battery each day it is stowed away. So all those apps, windows, and tabs you were working on last time are closed / gone next time you turn it on, plugged in of course because the battery is dead. Productivity killer!! I would return it if the return window didn't expire during a long trip I took out of state, relying on this as main computer; big mistake. But it still is useful, just not the larger version of my phone I wanted it to be. ... show more

    • Solid 2 in 1 device for the price
It is made very well physically although a bit on the heavy side. I purchased this one over other brands because of the aspect ratio of the screen being wider, which is much more attractive and intuitive to look at in my opinion, especially when in tablet mode. Another thing I like about this device is that it has a solid build, making it more durable than other brands that sell a similar product. The body on this is metal instead of cheap lightweight plastic like on other brands that feel like they will fall apart quickly. My biggest criticism is how poor the forward facing camera is and that when it falls asleep in tablet mode that the screen is not responsive and requires hitting the power button to wake it up. ... show more

Found just the right size easy to set and easy to use. Battery life is wonderful. I love that it can fold up or open to use the keyboard. Sometimes I just want to sketch. I enjoy the built in stylus. Watch my streaming channel is great keeping me entertained when I doing dishes and cooking. Better than my old tablet but smaller and lighter than my laptop. ... show more

Original product arrived with a small defect in the screen with some dead pixels. Knowing it was a refurbished item, if it was off to the corner or somewhere inconspicuous I would have just let it go, but it was right smack in the middle of the address bar and I just couldn't live with it. Contacted the seller who is very responsive and initially offered me a discount to keep it, but when we couldn't agree on a reasonable discount, seller paid for return shipping and shipped me a new refurbished unit very quickly that appears to be like new after using it for an hour or two today.
