I was a little nervous ordering a TV from Amazon after seeing some reviews about cracked screens, but mine arrived in perfect condition! I upgraded from an old 55” 2011 Sony Bravia and wanted a 65”, so I did a lot of research before choosing this Samsung, and I’m so glad I did. The picture quality and colors are amazing, and the TV itself is so much thinner and lighter than my old one. It connected easily via Bluetooth to my 2014 surround sound and subwoofer, and paired seamlessly with my Apple TV. It also has tons of built-in apps if I ever want to stream directly without using my Apple TV. The TV looks amazing so far, I’m just waiting for my new swivel stand to come in before I take the plastic off. Overall, I’m super happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quality upgrade at a great price. I hope this TV lasts as long as my last! ... show more

Fantastic colors , Amazon it's the way to go when buying a large TV. No risk involved in getting it broken or any issues to power up as I did when I bought from Samsung, the TV arrived broken and they shipped through Best Buy and did not offers unpacking as Amazon did , they offer free unpacking and power up your TV to make sure you get what you pay for and even took all boxes and garbage with them, awesome experiences, back on the TV the picture is great, the sound terrible so low that you need to buy a soundbar if you want to watch a movie in such a big screen, the sound is like for a 14" TV not even , also it's very slow really slow , you need patience to go into menu or apps , another set back it's the remote control , too small and doesn't offers much help to get around like for example a "Source" options to quick access , I just bought a genereric old Control to make it easy to set it up , doesn't have a clock alarm as it use to on the past just timer . Overall it's a reasonable TV for the price, you get what you pay for , a decent TV for the price . ... show more

This 65" Q7f is not bad for the price, I'll have to get familiar with the lay out, I had to replace my prior Samsung after 8yrs. which I'll miss for the convenience of having a Dock for the Apps, settings, etc. I chose that would appear at bottom of screen when the TV was powered on and was so much easier but I guess they did away with that set up,this unit will work for me, satisfied with price and quality of picture, shipping was excellent ( No Damages), had a previous order with another vendor & after waiting 3 wks. Unit arrived with cracked screen, so I decided on this unit, shipped in 2 days, so far so good & I'm satisfied with purchase !! Thank You Amazon ... show more

This Samsung tv was absolutely amazing, the picture, colors, and sound were phenomenal. The package was super easy to take out and the tv setup was also super easy and straight forward. Best value. Best picture. Best quality. This is my eighth Samsung. I'm up to an 85" screen, working on getting a 100" for the Superbowl game. I just gifted my first 55" Samsung to my new great-granddaughter so she can watch Mickey Mouse in her bedroom. The picture is still great after over 20 years. I love Samsung TV. I have one in my bedroom and this one I purchased for my living room. This TV has completely redefined what a premium viewing experience means. If you are looking for a television that delivers jaw-dropping picture quality, then this is it. It truly transforms any content, whether it's the latest 4k movie or a simple cable broadcast. The color on this panel is simply magnificent. They are incredibly vibrant and accurate, and the sheer brightness makes HDR content explode off the screen. Details are sharp, the contrast is excellent. I love the sound it makes it sound like you have a sound bar attached. I love the remote control it is easy to setup the tv and the channels.
