This image was just a temporary solution to how the cords were before. I am getting an ESD Mat to officially fix this and arrange them more properly. I've had this PC now since 2020. I have not had any issues what so ever with what I got it for which was gaming. Like Call of Duty Coldwar, Black Ops 2, Borderlands Series, Apel Legends, etc. They run great. I clean the inside of my own PC and recently I changed the Thermal because it started rising above 90 C. The first time I opened this PC the first time I cleaned it over a year ago, I noticed whoever put this PC together did not do cable management very well. They had em in zip ties which hey, good but at the same time, they pulled them on too tight. I had to carefully cut them off because nothing was unlocking them. When they came off, some of the cords had indentions in them which I don't think you're supposed to tie them too tight. There was not wiggle room what so ever. They only put the cords through two areas more near the front fans and even tied bent cords together. So right now until I get an ESD Mat, I've got a big jumble mess of cords trying to poke out. Only reason why I had to deal with it in the first place because the zip ties were so tight, the cords could not be moved at all for one, but the side panel would not close all the way. It was very unorganized cord wise and very poorly done. Everything else is great. If anyone plays big games like over 100gb's worth, I would recommend getting a bigger hard drive or an external hard drive because you would be able to get 2 maybe 3-4 games(maybe). But you need extra space for gaming performance to. It's an SDD which is good but there's not a lot of space. I would say this particular build would probably be good for people who play indie type games or games that don't require a lot of space. All in all, I'd give this an 6/10 for my experience. Minus 4 stars for the way the cords were put together. Past 5 stars for never having performance issues with how they were done. The cooling fan I kind of don't like, when I changed the Thermal Paste in it a few days ago, this is the type of fan that you can't really get in between the heat sink and fan because of what the screw has that connects to the heatsink. It's impossible to take apart without breaking anything. So I'm considering on getting a new one at some point that I can easily maintain. And I really hate how uncomfortable it is once you get one screw out because it pops out loud and when trying to stick it back in its slot, you literally have to push down on it hard enough for the screw to be able to reach its socket. First time, I about had a heart attack because it literally sounds like something is breaking when it isn't. Either way, I don't like the fact you can't get behind the fan truly to get to the hard to reach places. It is quiet 99 percent of the time but you really hear the fans going once you launch a big graphical game like CoD. It's not LOUD but you can definitely hear the speed increase when playing and launching those type of games. Would I recommend this PC? Yes! Only complaint was cable management, storage and the cooling fan. This is a good budget gaming pc, so if anyone's looking for a cheap setup, this is it. It is also supports Windows 11 if anyone's wondering. It took me months before I realized that it was. You have to switch the TPM on yourself. You may not get the update right away but it is compatible.

With the Covid-19 pandemic my job pivoted on a dime and mandated telework for at least two months. The second day of working on my laptop I decided I needed a new monitor so I bought an ultra wide screen one. With such a nice monitor I figured I would buy a new non-laptop computer so the laptop could be used by my kids for their school work. I did my research and having not owned a gaming PC in almost two decades I wound up pick this machine up from IBuyPower which looks to be a family run company and not a huge worldwide company. Setting up the system was a breeze, I will give you that using Windows for the first time in decades it felt really Mac like in the configuration walk through. The instructions that come with the system are one page and can be summed up as: make sure nothing came loose inside, attach the Wi-Fi antenna, plug in power, keyboard, mouse and monitor, turn on. Easy enough although the antenna cable could be a little bit longer. Performance is top of the charts in every category. Maxed out setting in every game and plays smooth as butter. Bought a Vive VR setup and ran the performance test and maxed out in every category and boy is VR a lot of fun. I run my work environment in a window with the ultra wide monitor and the system just purrs. This was my first exposure to a SSD and man-oh-man what a speed difference. With the system powered down, pushing the power button results in a delay of seconds until the Windows sign in screen is shown. Man, I remember the days of watching the BIOS screen scrolling by and now it is so quick. Waking up the computer from sleep mode is nearly instantaneous. What else... the system is super quiet. The keyboard and mouse that come with the system are cool and work fine. I was getting 139MB/sec download speeds via the wi-fi antenna (I have the computer in the basement) but I ran a Cat-6 cable directly to the router and now am over 500mg/sec download which is nuts. Downsides: Came shipped in the IBuyPower packaging which would make it a steal target if you are not home. I would love a simple sheet of tech info on the system like what kind of RAM to buy, how many slots are available, etc. Video card only has one HDMI port which required me to buy a cable adaptor to get the Vive connected. There you have it. I have not had the chance to use tech support so I cannot comment. I am thrilled with the computer and would recommend it in a heartbeat to anyone who asked, I looks great, plays everything and handles everything I throw at it without breaking a sweat. It is nice to know I will get years of use from this machine without having to downgrade settings on games. Order it and sleep well with your purchase, you made the right choice.

I was a console gamer until June 2020, and today in March 2021 this pc has given me no issues at all. Not a single power issue, gpu/cpu/fan issue nothing at all. It works just as great today as it did last year and I haven't cleaned or moved it since I first used it. Fans are extremely quiet, and even when they get to a point where I can hear them, its still not even half as loud as my old Xbox One was, if that helps for reference. It never gets hot and heats up the room, and everything with GeForce/Nvidia works perfectly. The performance is fantastic as well, and I of course have the options to upgrade when I want to without needing to buy a whole new chassis. When it arrived, all I had to do was plug in the power cord and my monitor and it was ready, I was playing Overwatch 30 minutes after turning it on. For specifics on the performance I have gotten, the vast majority of my games I can set to low-medium graphics at 1440p and get over 144fps. For larger games like Apex Legends, I lower my monitor refresh rate to 120hz and lock the game at 120fps for dynamic resolution at 1440p and it never ever drops below 120fps. When uncapped, I could get over 170fps but it would be inconsistent and move all over the place during fights. For smaller games like Overwatch and Valorant, I play in 1440p with medium-high graphics, and can lock the fps at a steady 180-200fps, WHILE using Nvidia sharpness+color filters to make it look extra clean. Call of Duty was hard to get more than 80fps, but those games are poorly optomized on pc. Rocket League, max graphics in 1440p with a steady 180fps. Large open world single player games are much harder to run, like with Cyberpunk I could never get over 100fps on potato settings, so I assume it'd be kinda similar with games like Red Dead Redemption or Fallout 4. Path of Exile was also hard to get over 120fps, but I understand that game has so much going on. In addition, if you plan on streaming, this pc can absolutely handle high quality streaming without hurting your games performance at all. I finally learned what settings to use and stuff, and my single monitor stream looks just as clear and smooth as any top streamers. I have yet to try a double monitor setup, so thats as far as my knowledge goes on that. --To sum it up, I'd say your best bet is to pair this with a 120hz monitor. You could absolutely do 144hz, but for some large games you will struggle to get a constant 144fps+ even on low graphics which can result in screen tearing. If you want to play all of your games at 144hz or higher, you will have to mess with a lot of graphics settings, nvidia control pannel, config folders, etc., in order to make sure you get those high frames. I'd reccomend getting a 2060 super or better if you want easy 144+fps without having to worry about changing a bunch of settings around for your large AAA games, like turning off shadows. Its definitely possible with this pc, but it comes with some work if that makes sense. I ramble but I'm just saying the things I would've liked to know when I was looking at buying my first pc.

Summary: Overall it is a great rig for the money. I doubt you will find a better price on a similar set up. However, if you plan to do intensive gaming I would plan for an aftermarket cpu cooler to keep the temps down. Detail: Let's start with the positive. This computer is fast and powerful. I can run Crysis 3 on max setting with no problem and it looks amazing! The software to control the fan colors has some pretty cool settings including one where the fans change colors based on CPU heat which immediately got my attention. The case is very open with magnetic dust screens which is also a nice feature for keeping the inside clean. The motherboard and vid card on my unit are both Asus which is awesome as I've always had great luck with Asus products. As an added bonus this rig runs almost silent, in fact it is so quite I keep checking to make sure the fans are running. I can't comment on the keyboard and mouse because I haven't used them. I'm partial to my Tactx keyboard and run a laser mouse as the wood grain on my desk often confuses an optical mouse. I do have one complaint. It runs HOT and I mean very hot. I like to run Crysis 3 as a performance benchmark and the fans were constantly red (showing it was running hot). I went into the Bios and changed the fan profile to "turbo" so that all the fan speeds would increase at lower temperatures in hopes of running cooler. I also downloaded core temp so I could monitor actual temperatures on my second monitor. While playing Crysis 3 I was running consistently in the mid 80's (Celsius) with spikes as high as 91. That is very close to the TJ Max which kicks in at 100 degrees Celsius. I'm sure I voided my warranty but I could not stand those kind of temperatures so I put in an after market air cpu cooler. This moved the temperatures down to the 60's and 70's even with several hours of game play which is much more in my comfort level. I blame intel for providing such a poor cpu cooler with the i7 9700F which is known for running hot due to the power it puts out. One other odd item is that after several hours of gaming the fan led's went dim after exiting the game. I restarted and nothing changed. However, everything seemed to be running fast and clean without any hangs or other issues that might indicate a power or heat issue. It was late so I shut it down overnight and now it appears to be working fine again. I'm hoping it was a one time occurrence but if it continues I may upgrade the power supply and see if that fixes the issue.

Hello, after a month of Covid issues and different computers to choose from, I finally decided to go with a different IbuyPower model PC. I started computer looking at May 5th 2020. I first started with Dell, getting an Alienware and it was supposed to arrive May 12-15th. Well it got delayed past June 15th due to Covid issues. So I then went to Best Buy in my area which I had never shopped at before and purchased a Monitor and IBuyPower PC with the same specs as this one but with a Nvidia GE Force RTX 2060 6 Super instead of the Nvidia Ge Force 1660 TI 6. I was very dissapointed with BestBuy because the store closed, and after multiple phone waits and calls over support they finally sent me the monitor but the desktop was backordered and out of stock and I was supposed to receive that up to June 5th. Well it didn't come and was out of the picture. I got refund and went to Amazon. Well I received it one day later and now finally can start this review. Don't mind all the other stuff. The desktop was wrapped very well in the box, no damage and I was happy to see that. All the parts were in their respective boxes, the instructions were laid out in plastic bags, and very neat. I switched keyboards with my old PC just due to preference because my wife preferred the new one and I loved my Logitech G15!!! I only had issues finding the HDMI slot on the back of the PC apparently I plugged it in the motherboard slot!!! Woops completely user issue there. I then fired up the PC, no noise I didn't even know if it was on! I saw the colors and looked inside everything was on there and working great! I also switched the mouse just due to prefernce of my wife and that has nothing to do with the review. So far I'm loving this PC. I will let you know more after I fire up games. I'm a gamer so I will be installing Steam, GTA 5, Deadspace 3, StarCraft 2, World of Warcraft, Call of Duty, and many others. Looking forward to trying this beast out! Ill let you know in a couple days, and thanks for the awesome PC!!! Edit. Update on December 20th 2020. Hello im back to give an update to this PC. First of all it runs all my games whether Xbox related or applications, music and anything you want to do perfectly. I have 0 issues with this except IBUYPOWER keyboard which after 2 replacements decided to stick with a mechanical Corsair one a coworker gave me. The computer is so good my wife stole it for Wow and plays everyday. So im using the old pc. However I would buy this machine again in a heartbeat. Great PC!! Edit again on Wednesday April 28th 2021. This computer is a beast. It handles all my games flawlessly, I can have many programs running, unlike alot of other reviewers who had issues on box transportation to issues with parts and start up,, we had zero problems. I love this computer so much we bought 2 of these computers exactly the same models and neither has had an issue since. I would highly, highly recommend!

I bought this desktop when my custom built desktop broke. -It looks even better in person. -It’s incredibly quiet. -It’s powerful enough to run World of Warcraft on high settings and to stream to Twitch using OBS Streamlabs without lag. -Great stream quality. -Quick boot. -The keyboard is basically sitting on a shelf. It didn’t have two windows menu buttons, the right one was some sort of odd button that did nothing. The right one worked but I’m used to using the left one to tab out of my video games. -I use a gaming mouse with 12 buttons so I’m not using the mouse that came with the desktop. My boyfriend is using it and he loves it. The one thing I’d recommend is upgrading the power supply to a 750w supply. The one it comes with does work well but I just don’t think it’s large enough for long term use. I also want to mention, there wasn’t any packing material in my desktop upon deliver. I mean inside the case. I was under the impression from other reviews it’d have had some sort of material to protect the components from moving around. I had two problems with this desktop initially. 1. One of the front fans wasn’t lighting up. This was kind of simple to fix but I could see someone who doesn’t have experience with computers struggling to figure out how to fix this. 2. The video card was dislodged and the clip for it was jiggling around the case. This was scary and nerve wracking to fix. I had to look up YouTube videos on this, and man trying to fix without ruining a $1,000 product was terrifying. I’m someone who has good knowledge of installation and removal of video cards as this wasn’t my first time. It still was very difficult to get the card to sit correctly in its slot and fix the plastic clip that had fallen off. Delivery was a pain in the you know what. It was delayed by Amazon which was annoying because it was only 30 minutes away and I couldn’t just go pick it up the day it should have been delivered. Apparently you have to submit a request to pick the product up and wait for approval. No one at Amazon customer service could tell me how long this would take so I decided to wait out delivery. It’s also delivered literally in the box so if you’re not home at the time they deliver people driving by will know what the product is. In the end all is well, I love the product but the company should pack the computer better so there’s no so many component issues.

I purchased the Element 9260 desktop because the price point was very similar to what it would cost me to buy the parts and build my own entry level gaming rig, without all the work. To that end, the PC delivers. The CPU + GPU combo are quite powerful. The PC is also attractive with a nice glass case and good looking lighting features. That's where the good news ends. Right out of the box there were problems. First, upon initial start up the Windows 10 license was inactive. After numerous attempts to activate the license key, it was impossible. The only solution was to format the disk and reinstall Windows 10. A big inconvenience and not what you expect from a new $1000 desktop. Then the problems started. Every time the 1 TB optical drive would spin up from idle (you could hear it) the system would freeze for a 10 to 15 seconds. Annoying especially when it happens 10 times a day and you're trying to work. The 3.5mm audio out jacks (front and back) are inoperable. Nothing works. Reinstalled drivers, reinstalled windows (again), tried everything I found online. Nothing. No signal. The ports are dead. Then the WiFi issues started. Other devices right next to my desktop were achieving 150mbps downloads, the iBuyPower desktop won't go past 15-20mbps. All the time. Tried reinstalling drivers, troubleshooting, nothing works. It took me 2 days to get in touch with iBuyPower customer support. The day that I finally reached them I had to sit on hold for 53 minutes. Literally 53 minutes. The tech who answered the phone was flustered, clearly rushing through the call, and was not willing to troubleshoot the PC. The solution was to send the machine back and it would take a month to return it. Really? I need to be without a new PC for 30 days? I bought it because I need it. Why not send me a new one and a return label for the broken one? For the last week I've been going through a ridiculous multi-step process with iBuyPower to get a shipping label to send the dang thing back to them. It's literally the most nonsensical thing you've ever heard of. You have to call, wait on hold for an hour, get an RMA code, go to the website, fill out a form with that code, wait for an email which took 3 days, then you have to email or call them to get a shipping label. I've been emailing and calling for days, no response. Still have no way to send it to them. This is a joke. Morale of the story: You get what you pay for. Build your own PC or buy from a reputable company. There are clear quality control and hardware issues with these devices. The company clearly does not have robust QC measures in place nor does it have adequate support staff to respond to customer issues.

I had been looking for a system for a couple of weeks when I ran across this system on Amazon. It caught my attention because it was the configuration that I wanted at price that was a lot less than other brands and what it would cost me to build it myself. After doing some research on the key components to make sure they were decent I placed an order. The system was delivered in 3 days ( thank you Amazon Prime) and was packaged very well. The system itself was suspended between two foam inserts and the keyboard and mouse were in boxes. In general nothing was able to move around. There was a Quick Start Guide that worked with one minor variance. It said to take off the side panel and remove the protective packing foam from inside the system. In my case there was no foam which may account for one of the memory sticks not being fully locked down. As a result of the loose memory the system would not boot instead it would repeatedly turn on the fans and their RGB leds for 2 seconds then turn them off for 5 seconds. After seating and locking down the memory the system came up fine and allowed me to go through Windows Registration. The mother board in the system is an Asus TUF B365M-Plus, the Graphics card is a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti 6GB and the memory is Adata 2666MHz. The SSD is a Western Digital Green 240GB and the Hard Drive is a Western Digital Blue 1TB. I would have preferred better (gaming) drives but at the price point it didn't surprise me. Besides I will be adding a Samsung 970 EVO Plus M.2 drive as I am sure many others will do. The case is nice, it has tempered glass on the side and front and there are plenty of fans. I wasn't looking for the RGB lighting but it is growing on me. The case will support an additional SSD and Hard Drive but does not have a space for a DVD/Blu Ray. It does have plenty of USB 3.1 ports for an external drive. The system also comes with a Wi-Fi card with and external antenna that has magnets in its base. It is a nice touch if you are like me and keep knocking the antenna off the system. I was looking for a 9th gen I7 because of its 8 cores. The 9700F can't be overclocked and its base speed is a little lower that the 9700K but it also uses about 30 watts less power which means a third less heat. One additional note despite all the fans this system is extremely quiet and best of all no bloatware! For my needs this is a great system with the right mix of components at the right price. I would definitely recommend it.
