I never liked the tv-over-the-mantel look so this was the big compromise between my husband and I - he gets a new tv and I get artwork when we’re not watching. Pictures do not do it justice! The artwork has no glare, and there’s a huge selection in the Samsung art store that I constantly have on rotation. The tv of course looks great - very flat, lightweight. The only hiccup was setting everything up through the remote and the phone app - took us a little bit but we figured it out. Be aware that you must purchase a frame for the tv separately and that will add up. Would I buy it again? Yes! "I've been a loyal Amazon customer for years, always trusting in their service. However, my recent experience with both Amazon and Samsung has left me incredibly disappointed. I purchased a TV from Samsung through Amazon and hired a professional installer to mount it. Everything seemed fine until the One Connect box failed to work. When I contacted Amazon's customer service for assistance, I was met with rudeness and unhelpfulness. Instead of resolving the issue, they directed me to return it, at my age, I needed then to hire someone to not only re-package this but send it back. TV's are large. I am 78 years old. Samsung, which I had already contacted without success. To make matters worse, Samsung insisted on the TV's serial number, which was only accessible after the TV had been mounted. Removing the TV from the wall was a major inconvenience, and even then, Samsung's demands for additional information made the process feel like a frustrating comedy of errors. After wasting more time and energy, I finally secured a date for a Samsung technician to come out next week. However, I'll now have to pay my installer to return and complete the setup, adding to the frustration and inconvenience. This experience has shattered my confidence in both Amazon and Samsung's customer service. My advice to others is to consider purchasing from retailers like Costco, where superior customer service is a given. As for buying TVs from Amazon or Samsung, I strongly advise against it based on my regrettable experience. I've never felt compelled to leave a negative review before, but this ordeal has pushed me to share my frustration. If my installer hadn't still been on hand, I would have been completely stranded. This is the second Frame TV we purchased. The anti glare screen is awesome. Picture is brilliant. By far the easiest TV to set up, use your phone for easy set up. took me 30 min from out of box to watching to include mounting it on the wall.

We've had it up for a couple of months now. Every day, multiple times a day, even 5 minutes apart, I get a notice on the screen to optimize it. I love being able to upload whatever photo I want. I'm not paying for a subscription after paying for the ability to put artwork on it in the first place. Otherwise it's a giant black box in the middle of my very light and muted living room! Hubby wanted a bigger TV that is nearly the width of the fireplace, I didn't want a giant imposing black wall. Here we are. Hanging it was awkward and scary to get it so high because it's so big, but with the help of our daughter, we got it. You need at least 1 really strong person and two others on the job. Or two really strong, fit people to hang it high or 4 regular people. I think it had more to do with the height we put it at above the fireplace. It's probably fine in a more normal space, but here it was scary! My other "complaint" is that the cost of the "frames" is ridiculous and the fact that you can't get even one option included. If you look at the picture that's advertised, it has one on it and I guess I didn't read well enough and foolishly expected that to be included. To my surprise, no, that's another $400+! All in all, the picture and sound are good. The remote control is simple to use, somewhat similar to an apple TV remote, though it doesn't control the apple, so I still have to use both for certain apps, but that could be a user error and I haven't had time to really study it. ... show more

Great tv. Very happy with this purchase. Instructions not that great but we have the internet, so that works. I did look some things up on line before mounting on the wall so I could get a good overview of how to do it. Suggest doing that before mounting, don’t rush it, take your time. I’m a grandma and I managed it. Color quality is great. Sound is good. Took some time to adjust to how the remote works, not because anything is wrong with it, it’s just new. Paired with Alexa and I can tell her to go to Netflix, etc., I like that. Art feature is fabulous. I bought/downloaded a few pics from Etsy and some of my photos. I did not buy/subscribe to Samsungs Art, I might in future. It’s a lot of fun to be able to change the art on the wall (tv) to fit my mood. Overall very happy with this purchase.
