Amazon was amazing I got the TV and it had a splintering mark on the screen they immediately shipped out a replacement and ship back the other one free of charge 😃the TV is gorgeous and worth the money, update : I have been very distressed with getting emails from Amazon telling me they got a empty box delivered back to them from the people they sent to my house to pick up the damaged TV and make the replacement Delivery , I have been threatened that I will have to pay for that 85 inch TV again because of their people not getting it back to them anyway this is my third SamsungTV to buy in the last couple of months they are beautiful TVs and they work wonderful but I don’t think I should make any more purchases if their people cannot get the damage product back to them this is a nightmare right now with communication and trying to not have to pay for a TV That Amazon people picked up on my property while delivering the replacement They put the TV in the truck and took the box with them without packing it and apparently now these people have sent the empty box back to Amazon 🤬Amazon really needs to talk to their delivery people enough said I’m very upset ... show more

What a stunning display. After daily driving a Samsung curved 4k from 2016 I can say without a doubt the QN85A is one incredible TV. The black levels are amazing, near oled. The picture is bright with poppy colors and incredible contrast. Watching HDR content is amazing. The 1500 nits of brightness is easily enough to overcome my bright tv room without washing out colors or affecting black levels. Setup was pretty easy. A few screws and done. I will say you will need at least 2 or 3 people to get this over 100lb monster up your stairs. Switching between inputs is easy enough, I use a fire tv cube for most content and a blu ray player for some movies. Overall a fantastic tv. Expensive but worth every penny if you enjoy a great viewing experience.. ... show more

After researching for a great TV for months and comparing them in stores I was not disappointed by this Samsung LCD TV. I felt the need for OLED wasn’t necessary for me because in brightness OLED is not quite there yet, they ain’t as bright as current top LCDs like this one. This TV will be in a bright room where there’s glass all over behind and sunlight coming in all over, the smart brightness feature does an excellent job in keeping it at its best. Also love all the features that comes with this TV, specially ambient mode, I get compliments and people sometimes ask me if it’s a tv or a picture frame. Samsung TV is another great plus, a lot of great content and free movies. Overall I’m very satisfied with this Samsung LCD, it’s ergonomics really complements my home theater and takes it to the next level. The only con is the remote that comes with this tv, too difficult to use, weird design, no key pads. I had to buy the regular remote at Samsung because I couldn’t get used to it, other than that everything else is great. ... show more

This Samsung is truly best in class for color production in 85-inch screens. We can not be happier with the perfectly new television that was delivered into our home by private courier after contacting the seller MODIA. Five days had passed since my order, so I contacted the seller and explained our projector had broken in the home theater, we had not yet received the Samsung 85” to replace it, and our children were getting restless MODIA immediately dispatched another Samsung overnight. The Television was brand new with perfect packaging. The color production is best in class for 85-inch screens. We could not be happier with the television’s performance or the seller’s, MODIA’s, service. We will do business with them again. ... show more

I like the beautiful picture and smart features. Only reason I am not giving a 5 star is the frame seems a little weak, but it is as thin TV, which I like as well. A side note Amazon paired this TV with a wall mount that I would not recommend, especially for this 85 inch. I went ahead a mounted this TV on it with parts bending and breaking. I will return with brand that I am referring to. It was the Everstone tilt walk mount. This may be ok fir cheaper TV. But, I had me scared while hanging this TV. I will put this in the wall mount review, as well. Amazon " do not recommend this for a $4000 TV". ... show more

We got it I believe a week to 10 days after we ordered it, which was fine because we had no urgent need. The price was great and was even slightly better than the Best store we all know about. That store's stock was very limited, and I would have had to drive over 50 miles to get one, so it made buying it on Amazon a near no brainer. I didn't even have to think about how to load it in my SUV. We have had it for a couple months now, and it is exactly as expected. It has great sound quality, but not great sound volume for larger rooms. We bought the lower end surround sound system to try because we got such a great deal. That was not a wise decision, because it really did not add much to what the TV already offered. If you want to add surround sound, I suggest that you make the same quality investment as you did on your TV. This TV will perform just fine on its own until you can afford a great sound upgrade. ... show more
