Doesn't disappoint.
WOW! Great picture and fantastic features. Alexa is a great addition. The 8k video from YouTube are life like. The packaging was well thought out, you don't have to lay down the 85" TV anymore to install the stand. They utilize the side packaging to support the TV while installing the stand. It takes two people to lift it if you are planning to place it on a cabinet or mount it on the wall. The setup was easy after resorting to search the online manual to determine why the remote would not function. The 'Quick Setup" guide failed to mention the need to "pair" the remote to the TV by pressing the 'Return' and 'Pause' buttons simultaneously for a second. But that is only complaint. The TV doesn't disappoint. ... show more

Great TV

This TV is pretty amazing. Picture quality is excellent. I opted to get the branded soundbar with subwoofer and my basement feels like a movie theater. The smart features are great. I guess my only critiques are that the remote could use a backlight and the tv is on the pricey side

Sad beyond words about this television.
Size: 75 in
I’ve only owned this television for less than 3 years. I’m very sad and disappointed to say that’s it’s already stopped working. I’m not sure if it’s the one connect box or other at this point, but I’m beyond upset. Having spent over 2k on this tv. This should not be happening. Terrible value.

I'd hoped it would be this good !
Went from 65" 4K to 85" 8k and I couldn't be happier. It performs amazingly well just like it's smaller cousin. It's superb in bright light and when we've doused the lights for movie night. If it's in your budget, get it.

Human Right
Best available at price. While 900 infinity screen better, 800 is stunning. Mini LED is the future, until micro LED viable. At 85” 8k extra pixels necessary for equal definition of 4k content on smaller size, content availability arguments are not well informed.

The One I Wanted!
The Picture is incredible and the built-in sound system is way better than expected! I was surprised that the TV tuner/CPU is a separate unit. This is part of the reason for the rating of 4 stars vs. 5 stars. The tuner unit doesn't feel very secure the way it attaches to the TV. However, there hasn't been any problems with the tuner once everything is set up and in place. I guess I was just worried because this TV is an investment. I do like the functionality of the remote. There are a LOT of smart features on this tv. There is a learning curve to figure out how to access all features, functions, and settings. Basic use is very straight forward. Enough can not be said about how amazing, vivid, and bright the crystal clear picture is to behold. I will enjoy this TV for years to come. ... show more

Breaks easily, never buying TVs from Amazon again.
Size: 75 in
This TV has broken twice now. Both times it will just fail to power on. The first time it was less than a month after I bought it, I had to wait over a week for someone to come out and completely replace the motherboard or something. Now a year later (outside of the warranty) it randomly will not turn on again. No explanation. Just doesn't work. I'll have to pay someone to come out and fix it this time. ... show more
