  • A flatscreen update well worth the price
Size: 55-Inch Style: TV Only
Stunningly vivid picture that seems almost holographic. The colors appear brilliant and true to life. Dark scenes are clear and not muddy. I did not purchase a sound bar deciding to wait to hear the sound from the tv itself. And I may not need a sound bar. The sound is full and clear even on dialogue during scenes with a lot of extraneous noise or music. However, I haven't listened to any concert videos yet so the verdict remains out. I do note that there is some (as on all contemporary flatscreens) reflectivity where images from the room can be seen in the background on the screen during daylight viewing. Closing the drapes helps a lot. Set-up was relatively easy, I wall-mounted mine. Use with the remote is simple and intuitive. I'm very pleased with the performance of this TV. ... show more

  • Great Quality TV
Size: 55-Inch Style: TV Only
Great tv. I’m a bit of a tv snob and will only purchase Samsung because you can trust the quality and this tv is no exception. The picture a really good, my husband even commented on how great it was and he has never said that about any tv I’ve purchased previously. And I’m surprised how good it sounds right out of the box. I think the one big flaw with all tv’s is that the speakers are in the back or in the side so I usually attach a sound bar. I’m also a fan of the pedestal instead of wide feet because it fits easily on a variety of tables/stands without needing something really wide. I would really recommend this tv. ... show more

  • Loving this TV
Size: 55-Inch Style: TV Only
Enjoying my new TV very much. Colors are vibrant, quality seems great. Set up was easy & TV is lightweight. Not sure yet, but thinking I will end up putting a sound bar on it ..... wish sound was a bit better quality. Overall very happy with my purchase.

Love this Samsung TV! It has so many features that my old Vizio did not have! I’m still discovering new features every day. The picture is phenomenal. The speakers are OK. It is super bright with a fabulous picture and color quality is awesome. I highly recommend this purchase!

  • LOVE IT! A GREAT UPGRADE FROM A 49 INCH SAMSUNG TV.
Size: 65-Inch Style: TV Only
For our living room, this is an upgrade for a 49 inch Samsung we bought in 2018. That was a good TV. And still is. But Amazon Prime Day discount and a few other things made me take the plunge into a bigger TV. I will say the picture is entirely satisfactory and if you've had Samsung before this is a similar look in color, resolution, function but in every way a bit better. This TV is not light weight or small but one person can move it around if they are careful handling it. Two people better. I need to get a soundbar but even without one, the sound is very functionally OK. We mostly watch internet content over an AppleTV plugged into one of the HDMI ports. I currently have this TV sitting on a little plywood base I custom made for the TV. Later I will figure out an ideal wall mount. ... show more

  • Excellent mid tier TV
Size: 75-Inch Style: TV Only
Context: Bought the 75 inch variant of the QN70F to replace a 12 year old Samsung 60" 1080P. Placed in a very bright family room. Display: Coming from a 1080p pre OLED, QLED, NEO QLED era display, the brightness and contrast of this TV is far superior. This is edge lit but to be honest from my viewing distance I couldn't tell the difference from my mom's LG 4K OLED. My family room is very bright with a lot of windows, and everything is bright/vibrant, there is minimal reflection and glare. Sound: I paired this with the Samsung Q800D soundbar with QSymphony (EARC/HDMI) and the audio is amazing. Obviously I don't know how much of it is the TV and how much the soundbar, all I know is on my old TV/Vizio(soundbar) I'd have to crank it to 50% to hear conversations in some movies but I barely have to get close to 20% on the new tv/soundbar. Input: Meh. There are only 4 HDMIs inputs. One of those is taken by EARC if you use it. Three remaining so if you have a few gaming stations, media pc, roku or whatever you'll need to swap them around. Build Quality: The TV itself seems well put together. For how thin it is, it is not light. IMO anything bigger than a 55" I'd personally mount on the wall with a heavy duty wall mount because the feet with this unit are laughably cheap and wobbly. UX: Never cared for any smart tv interface, so to me this is a wash. For what its worth, controls and responsiveness are acceptable. The smart things phone pairing failed a few times, but I don't know if that is because WIFI in my house is just so so. Value: I'm not sure. You can probably pickup a non NEO QLED that is backlit, from last year or so and get it for a few hundred less. This will largely be based on your budget. I didn't want to spend more than 2K on a tv so to me I think this is a good entry/mid tier level tv. Again, for me, coming from a 12 year old 60" LED Samsung...this TV is light years above that in every way. Between the brightness of my family room and my viewing distance (very far)...8K resolution, super dark blacks and extreme contrast of an OLED, has a diminishing rate of return on investment. So this TV fit the bill for me. *one thing of note* I skipped a ton of the setup and didn't do the software update. Don't do that! The TV had a bunch of issues ranging from dropped input connectivity to failure to upscale without updating the software. After I did that, no issues. ... show more
