Could not be happier as we caught a Prime sale with free unpacking/setup and a bonus free frame for the TV . This is our second Samsung frame TV . These are quite special as they truly resemble art work when not in use , which makes for a much more aesthetically pleasing look in a room . In my opinion a big black screen on a wall is plane ugly ! As far as mounting goes it was a bit cumbersome to get in a precise position . I watched a few online mounting videos which were helpful . The mounting brackets give some leeway yet I wasn't able to locate a stud so i had to purchase some toggle brackets which worked out great . I did use the the mounting template and a level . Love the TV! The remote is really made for little people or kids (tiny). If only we could get the frames for the TV less than 2 thirds the cost of the TV, we'd be in business. *****Note***** I already knew this and was prepared, but apparently other reviewers did not.     • A rage inducing destroyer of homes and families

This monitor will slowly destroy your mental well-being ruin your home. It is a poison-filled trojan horse pretending to be a TV and art hub but its fails in every respect. I have plenty of high end tech in my home (Apple devices, Sonos, LG C3, etc), but this is my first Samsung product. I just wanted a big screen to play my photos on the wall. • Picture quality: I got the 32" thinking it was 4K (oh, silly me for thinking we're living in the 2020s, sorry Samsung!). Everything on the screen is blocky and pixellated, and the color is all over the place, tint and tone are useless because if you move your head just 6 inches in any direction the color and clarity completely goes out of whack. You can't use it as a monitor unless you want a migraine. You can't use it as a photo frame because of the slide show. The only people who will be remotely impressed by this garbage will be octogenarians getting their first flat panel. • Photo frame: Now, get this. Here's the scenario. I have a flash drive full of photos. I plug it in, it plays those photos. Simple right? Such a good idea, how could anyone screw it up? After all, it's called The Frame. WRONG! Samsung demands you copy all your photos into its limited built-in storage, and it adds this hideous frame around everything. The only way to turn it off is to open EVERY SINGLE PHOTO and toggle it off one by one—good luck! Not only that, it randomly just stops working and whole thing needs to be restarted every couple days. The UX is slow, frustrating, unintuitive, and full of cluttered upsell, nothing is where you expect it and most of the time it doesn't even work. I had no expectations for this thing, but it has achieved one thing: I'm staying away from Samsung. This is our second purchase of a Samsung "The Frame" TV, and we are fans. We have installed both in light-filled rooms with lots of windows; we don't get glare, and the Art feature, when it's off, is gorgeous. Highly recommend the 65" size for the art and TV viewing. The Samsung connects to the Power Box via a very subtle, clear wire. No black cords hanging down. We had this professionally mounted, and I highly recommend it to keep it level. Our purchase came with the white bevel frame, which we were unsure of but love. ... show more

Love the versatility of the upgraded technology. I can share architectural plans from my laptop and see the full size of a 24" x 36" drawing by pressing two keys in my computer. The Art feature is cool, now we can have Hokusai paintings in our living room (at no cost!).

Frame TV is very nice in the application we use it for, we have one in the kitchen and one in the guest room. Picture quality is nice, but obviously not up to par with OLED. Use user interface is better than earlier Samsung TVs, but still a little confusing at times. I like the Samsung TV app as we do not have cable service anymore so this feels a bit of a hole. I like the artwork, there’s very little free artwork so you have to buy the service at $50 a TV. There are more affordable options out there such as the Frame Crop app. My biggest gripe is a packaging, there’s way too much Styrofoam and in this day and age of trying to be environmentally sensitive there’s much better packaging options. You can’t recycle Styrofoam and our trash service will not pick it up in the bulk service , so the only option is to break it up in little pieces, which makes a massive mess, and throw it in the garbage can over a couple of weeks. ... show more

I bought this last year during prime days and I’ve loved it, honestly. The big issue has been that we’ve had it for less than a year, and there is suddenly a little green pixilated dot and then what appears to be crosshairs coming vertically and horizontally out of that dot on the tv. There is no damage to the tv, the dot and lines just appeared. I’ve been dealing with that for about a month, and it’s annoying but we’ve been largely ignoring it. Now, though, the tv will suddenly go black and I have to press a different application button to get the picture to resume and then go back into the original show we were watching. Thinking about buying another frame tv because I do truly love everything else about it, and hoping it is just a fluke. ... show more
