After 2+ years of perfect service, it made a loud bang and died...refuses to heat now and when you try, it smells like something electrical is burning. Liked it enough to try another one, though.

    • The rotating glass plate was missing.
The microwave is a powerful piece of equipment, it had no details on the casing except that it arrived without the glass plate and without that it is not functional.
