love it. thunderbolt 4 works very well. the screen is gorgeous and crystal clear. very fast--no delays. i had a samsung note 9 so i'll note the improvements over that one: 1. smoother feeling, better keyboard 2. faster although the notebook 9 had no slow downs 3. 1080 webcam--is quite good 4. the trackpad is really smooth--but it is too big so i keep accidentally hitting it when typing. i wish there were a setting to turn off the upper right and upper left parts of the touch pad. same problem as in the note book 9 5. the screen is a bit bigger--seems bigger, is minorily/modestly noticeable improved 6. LOVE the samsung quick search--i can actually find files now--windows search remains terrible. 7. transition has gone well from notebook 9 but gosh, so many passwords and secondary text message confirmations of that--a lot of time doing that. A LOT of time. 8. windows 11 is okay but i replaced the taskbar and start menu with one that acts more like win 7/win 10 (startallback) 9. better connection with my phone (samsung ultra 22) 10. windows media player continues to work--needed so i can sync playlists with my phone BUT noe that ultra 22 samsung music player won't play .wma files (so i spent a long time converting those files--though i could have left them as is and used the vlc player). overall--no regrets. great laptop. SO MUCH computer in such a LIGHT package. it is amazing. ... show more

I've had this almost 2 years now and I'm generally pleased with it, having got it during a black Friday sale. Pros: Thin and light Specs and performance are decent Sleek look in silver colour Screen is awesome Battery life is good. Type C charging Speakers are good when Dolby Atmos is activated. Cons: Possibly fragile (the thin screen rocks when my fan blows on it when up). Do not drop it! I have been having a weird HDMI glitch from time to time with no fix. I however mostly use the USB C thunderbolt port for a monitor. No issues there. No camera privacy shutter and the camera is difficult to place tape over without obstructing the screen. Samsung settings are installed over windows settings. I've not been a fan of this and just left it where I found it to be working well. Everything else I change via Windows. I could see myself using this another 2 years until I upgrade again. ... show more

I like this smaller 13" size laptop. It's much lighter and easier to carry around compared to the 15" laptops I've used in the past. The smaller size screen hasn't been a problem when I'm on the go. When I'm home, I use it with a large external display, but that's so I can view more open apps at once. Performance has been excellent so far. The alpha keyboard is the same size as it is on the 15" laptops. There's no numeric keypad built in, but I bought one for a very reasonable price that connects via Bluetooth. ... show more

I initially liked ths laptop alot - great screen, fast, super light. This replaced a 15" MacBook Pro and the Samsung is half the weight. Unit failed after 1.3 year just out of warranty and Amazon was no help. The USB bus-connections on the side of the bottom aluminum enclosure failed and the unit would not take power from any charger nor would it boot. Possibly the Ultra is built better and is more durable. ... show more

Bought the laptop around the beginning of 2023. So its been two years since. I would recommend this laptop for light users only and not someone who would constantly open and close it plus bring it wherever you go. My only problem we're the hinges. The glue that connects to the screen started to separate. Ive brought it to a repaired shop to fix it for the time being but ended up breaking again 6 months later. If you love Samsung products but do a lot of work, save up a bit for any 360 laptop instead. ... show more
