If youre expecting a properly refurbished product look somewhere else. The item looks like some person fixed it in his basement and it was their first time giving it a try. I'm not happy with how they bolted together this microwave. Multiple different types of screws barely hanging on or weren't put in properly. Pieces dented and ceramic is chipped away , door wouldn't open without me messing with it. Overall the quality is not worth the price in my opinion, just spend the extra money on a new one to avoid any problems. ... show more

However, like many of the other reviews, it had man dents and dings... i was lucky in that all the damage on mine was on the back and side panels, not the front... since I also bought the trim kit to install it into a cabinet, the rear and sides will never be visible--so i decided to fix the dents as best i could and keep the unit instead of returning it... ... show more

I needed this to align with the rest of the appliances I purchased. Matches the other Samsung stuff exactly how it should. Works fine. It does have a weird door lock thing thats quite annoying, but workable.

I ordered 2 of these microwaves and both of them were damaged. The first one was left at a different address and I had to hunt it down. The damage on it was mild compared to the second one. The first one had 2 large dents on the side which prevented the door from opening. The second one was caved in on the top and the driver left it in the pouring rain. Not worth the time and effort to order. Buy local if you can. ... show more

My microwave came dented in. Luckily we can hide it. And door stays locked and you have to take another step to open it. Let us just push the button to open. We don’t need to lock it.
