I like the appearance, weight, and sleekness. I gave it an overall rating of 4 stars only because I'm comparing it with the one that it replaced, which was a bit larger on the inside, and had more functions. On it's own, however, I would give it a 5 star rating.

    • Only lasted 24 months, almost to the day.
Worked well while it worked, purchased almost exactly 2 years ago, first the vent fan went out and 2 weeks later it completely conked out and smelled of burnt wires when I turned it on to heat up a cup of coffee. My handy had said from experiences Samsung appliances has been troublesome and recommended to stick Whirlpool, GE and the likes. ... show more
