It has water to clean itself, water feature for front and a water feature for the bottom. My doctor recommended the portable bidet in lieu of purchasing and having a bidet installed. I keep my toilet clean so there is no worry of the portable dousing us with bacteria. It is one of the best things I ever bought, even though my arm is healing for usefulness, I feel cleaner using this addition to my toilet daily. When it wears out I will gladly buy another one.

The feminine button and wash button were reversed….seems to be a common issue per other reviewers . I just corrected by putting a small label over it with the right directions. Otherwise, it works well. You can’t go wrong with the price point, in fact, we are getting one for the half bath. Donna B

I really love this bidet! It was very easy to install, and it's easy to use too. The streams of water coming out hit where they need to hit and clean well. On my toilet, I didn't have to add any bumpers. It fits perfectly without making the seat pop up. The nozzle cleaning function is a great bonus. I love it!

Super easy to install. Didn't take 10 minutes. Of course I took out for a bun. Can't say I'm thrilled with the feminine wash. It's not horrible at all but the cold water isn't wonderfully welcoming either. I can live with it and might grow to love it Butt, the best thing is I really do like the rear end sprayer. Feeling fresh and it cost about the same as a couple of packages of tp and I feel cleaner.

This is the second bidet of this model that we’ve bought. Liked it so much upstairs that we decided we needed this on the main floor too. It’s strange to describe it as refreshing and fun, but it is! Re the water issue. Our toilets did not have shut off valves at the wall so we turned them off in the basement. The first bidet installation went fine. Water was stopped and connection of supply lines no problem. The main floor bidet was a problem for some reason. Looking back I think it would be wise to make sure no water fills into the toilet tank when you flush the existing water out. I didn’t do that. Live and learn. I did have lots of towels with me but I needed a 2nd bucket to avoid disaster.
