I purchased this bike 11/26/22 based on the advice of a friend who has been riding his about 6 months now, then purchased another one for his girlfriend a few weeks before I ordered mine. It came packaged very well. I watched the you tube video on the factory this week and am even more impressed. The customer service has been excellent and we were corresponding several times before and after my purchase so I don't understand why others have said they had trouble getting a response. It wasn't to difficult to put together but I took my time to be sure everything was just right. I didn't understand the cover on the charging port and unfortunately I pulled hard and broke it. It is supposed to slide to the side. I again emailed customer service and in a few days I had a new cover arrive in the mail and it was simple to change out. We all took our bikes camping and rode some of the bike trails at a state park. When we hit sand and it started to bog down, a little push on the throttle and it pulled out strong and smooth. The bike shipped quickly and was easy enough to assemble. It arrived with a big scratch under the frame which I’m assuming will become a rust spot. The found the seat to be very uncomfortable and needing replaced. I’m 5’11” and find that to have the seat at a height for better pedaling comfort I’m forced to lean forward quite a bit which strains my back and not great riding posture. I’ll be looking for an adjustable stem or handlebars that can resolve this. The brakes are very noisy and I’m hoping will break in or I’ll be looking to upgrade the pads as well. Overall, it will take some modifications to make it a comfortable ride for me personally, but if this is your first bike, I’d recommend looking at a rad runner for just a few hundred more. Especially if you’re not mechanically included. The good: power and batter seem to be great. I’ve unlocked the controller for speeds of 30mph and that helps with the hills in my area. It looks cool and quality is fairly good. Edit: After over a month and 50 miles in. I’m loving the speed and power for steep hills. After a new seat and adjustable handlebar stem the bike is much more comfortable. Overall, I’m pleasantly surprised. ... show more

Seller reached out to me , and made it right. scratches don't affect the operation of bike , and they sent me a free bag for small items and my cell phone, I used marine wax on bike and am comfortable that it will protect any exposed metal. Once I took it out for my first ride , I fell in love. Listen I am a 6'2" 245 lb person. Easy to get on and off. I am also 62 years old and don't feel like I look like a fool getting off and on. I have gotten this bike up to 22 mph, could have gone faster , but didn't want to push it as I haven't been on a bike for over 45 years. comfortable , Large tires make me feel more secure. I can't tell you how much fun it is getting up on a Sat or Sun morning , doing my exercises and then taking an early morning ride. I also use it to ride to work. Love it!!! I am going to read as much as I can , so I can take proper care of it, Oh and front suspension can be locked or unlocked. Incredible invention! ... show more

I've put 1300 miles on this bike over the summer as I've pretty much replaced my car with it. However, most bike shops in my area (Twin Cities) won't work on the samebike brand ebike for whatever reason and it take a lot of time and effort to get parts specific to this bike from that company. If you're willing to learn how to do your own work on the bike and can research compatible parts then this bike is great. ... show more

never written a review before. this is my first ebike. had it for about a month and a half truck is broke down still haven't bothered fixing it. have about 200 miles on it. no complaints really, plenty of power to go uphill and the ride is smooth. grocery shopping is easy, i just take my bags in with me. just got down with a 20 mile ride today, using lowish power settings when i got home still had 80% battery left. the only problem I had was the light kept coming loose, added a washer to the screw and no more problems. you can flip the seat up, allowing you to take the battery out without taking your seat off. those big tires really let people know when i am coming up on them on trails. ... show more

Nice bike,was easy to assemble,came with no damage,bought this bike for my wife,smaller than I thought it would be,she is 5'3" and it fits her perfectly...I am 6' and am to small for the bike,if your over 5'10",I would not advise getting this bike,wife loves it,plenty of power,came with a rear cargo rack,I put on a pair of mirrors,a rear light,no rear light was included,only a reflector,good bike for the money and a good looking bike,I also advise getting the extended warrenty,many of the parts on this bike are only covered for 5 months,also says it shouldnt get wet,as motor and other electrical parts are not waterproof,seems I watched a video of this bike going threw puddles....I'd definitly fight them over that...overall 4 out of 5 stars.... ... show more
