Very nice riding bike with plenty of power. Came in with all that was needed for assembly- even a screw driver! It assembled easily and quickly. Was ready to ride in 30 minutes. Only has 7 gears but that is all that is necessary. The motor kicks in at the first sign of effort. I only have to leave it in the lowest assist setting for most situations. Great touring bike and light to medium trail riding bike. I wish it had more height adjustment for the handle bars and the front fender has to be played with to keep it from scraping the tire- but other than that, it makes riding a bike fun again like I was as a kid. ... show more

The bike itself seems to be a pretty decent bicycle however when you have issues like questions on whether or not the battery can be replaced there seems to be no where to go as far as customer service phone numbers or addresses

Bike didn't work, and I had to pay $258 on return shipping. No free returns with this seller. Buyers beware.
