I found these in a hurry when I was leaving for a triathlon and needed new salt tabs. Loved them!! They really helped prevent cramping during exercise and extreme heat. One or two every hour or so really helped me. i will definitely add these to my Amazon regular purchases. Highly recommend.

I was a bit skeptical about this product but I figured it couldn’t hurt to try. I had originally started taking a BCAA with electrolytes to help with my calf cramps during running, I couldn’t stand the taste of the powder mixed with water, I even tried mixing it with other drinks (Gatorade and Body Armor). I could never drink a full drink and always ended up dumping it. So I found these pills online and figured I’d give it a try for a 1.5 mile run for a police department test and it worked! I started taking them the morning of and didn’t have 1 cramp during the 1.5 mile run! These pills work great. I got the ones that have caffeine in them but I don’t notice the caffeine at all. I also had to do pushups, sit-ups and a 300meter run… it also worked for those. It felt great to be able to work out without any cramping. I’ll definitely keep taking! I haven’t noticed any side effects, the oil is easy to swallow and definitely helps keep you hydrated.

I work as a mailman and I am out in the sun on average 5 hours a day 5 days a week. During the summer, it is a lot harder due to the heat (100 degrees +). I realized that water alone was not enough to carry me through the day. I read up on the need for electrolytes to replace the minerals lost through sweat. Unfortunately, a lot (all) of the electrolyte drinks contain sugar and so I didn't want to take in extra empty calories. Then I found this solution a few years back. These pills are exactly what I needed. They re-hydrate without unnecessary ingredients. I started with a brand called Rehydr8. But apparently they have been discontinued. Then I went with SaltStick this past summer. I haven't tried any other brands so I am not an expert. But these pills have helped me finish my day. I guess that's all anyone wants from a product. Ironman triathlete here, seems like I'm always sweating. I use one or two of these per hour depending on outside temperature. They seem to work best for me with the right balance of electrolytes. I also like to take the capsules apart and pour directly into sports drinks in water bottles. That way I dont have to fumble around with them on the bike or run.

I’m a long-distance cyclist, and in hot weather I can suffer from muscles cramping even if I stay hydrated. These tablets were effective in preventing cramping recently on 104 mile ride in August. I recommend them.

These are so handy, and easier to use than always needing to carry sports drinks. I live in the desert, where you can sweat a lot just going from the parking lot to a store. I dont like sports drinks, because of all the artificial sweeteners, or sugar in them, also their costs. These end up keeping my Electrolytes balanced as long as i drink enough water during the day, while being cheaper. My daughter even brought them with her to Several summer camps where she was a camp counselor. She also found them much more convenient than having to drink warm Gatorade for each week. Just one a day while still replenishing with water and she didn't have any if the cramping she had last summer
