I love Sally Hansen nail polish. It is the only nail polish I use. Long lasting etc. I juam not sure if I like this color. Under extreme bright light, the bottle does look like the picture...very red. However, in real life, normal lighting, it is a very deep wine/burgundy with purple under tones. Then when you actually use it the color goes on as a mauve red, that old fashioned red you see in paintings. You would have to put on 3 or 4 coats to get a good rich color. I have an olive complexion so it looks ok, but not my favorite. I suspect it looks spectacular on someone with a more pecan complexion. ... show more

This gel polish works best with two thin coats color and a thin top coat. This polish has less glitter than regular polish and if you put it on in thin coats you might as well be using clear polish. I find it very hard to place the glitter where you want it on the nails. I end up with two thick coats and then it wears off the ends of my nails in about three days. I prep my nails and follow directions but I get frustrated. I now have around 10 different bottles of miracle gel glitter and have just added extra fine glitter so that at least you can see the glitter. ... show more

Love Sally hansen Miracle Gel! Looks like gel - shiny and thick enough. And 5 days without any chipping! Then it begin to chip just a little bit on the tips, I cover tips with a little of nail polish and cover it again with the Miracle Gel top and here you are - 2-3 days more. Of course if I do something like washing the dishes or clothes without gloves, it can chip faster, but still I love it! Had recently some OPI nail polish, but really got disappointed- costs more than Sally Hansen, doesn't look like gel and chips on the second day... I will definitely recommend Sally!! Will buy more. Hope they will widen their Gel pallet, wanna buy more colors!)) ... show more

My hands are constantly in water so when I paint my nails without this top coat, my polish starts chipping the same day. If I use this top coat, my polish lasts about a week or so. It's a little tough to remove with regular polish remover but acetone takes it right off. I love this stuff and it doesn't break the bank. ... show more

Sally Hansen gel products are a great quality. Be sure to use the gel topcoat also. Two step system. Fingers last a good two weeks with care and toes three weeks. Professional gel and dips are more durable and hardy. Also more expensive. For the money, I’m happy with Sally….

Sally Hansen miracle gel shiny top coat. Eh. If you put more than 2 coats, it just peels right off. I was hoping it would be stronger. And not really that shiny. Eh. Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful.
