It's a great product; stays on for at least 2 weeks (and i do a LOT of dishwashing, laundry, housework, etc)....and because of the light nude color; it looks seamless against your normal nail color! Even if it's slightly growing out, it's not obvious and still looks great. Sally Hansen Miracle Gel - To the Taupe. Two color coats. No top coat when i took the pic, it’s the lighting that makes it look like it has a matte finish. Color is a lil on the darker side but I like it. Don’t know about longevity cuz I removed it the next day to apply a true gel Polish from Beetles. I like changing the color on my nails often when I grow them out - have a bad habit of biting them off when I break one…the rest are doomed at that point. The consistency was great, unlike some of the other Sally Hansen Miracle Gel polishes that are thick and goopy making it difficult to apply and leaves your nails looking bulky. Easy to remove, no filing necessary. Pretty results in the end but doesn’t really help with strength. ... show more

I really wanted to like this polish. The color is gorgeous but it just doesn't last! Everything chips within days on me so I thought maybe this with the special top coat would be different but unfortunately I was wrong. The first time I followed the directions on the bottle. 2 coats of color and 1 of top coat. Chipped within a couple days. Second time I thought I'll do 2-3 coats of color and 2 of the top coat. Same thing chipped quickly. I haven't tried these polishes with my favorite fast-drying top coat Seche Vite yet so maybe I will try that but as a set they just didn't work for me. ... show more

Started using this top coat over my Color Street nail strips and it brings out the shine and helps keep the longevity of the strips. Really like that an UV lamp is not needed.

I love Sally Hansen nail polish. It is the only nail polish I use. Long lasting etc. I juam not sure if I like this color. Under extreme bright light, the bottle does look like the picture...very red. However, in real life, normal lighting, it is a very deep wine/burgundy with purple under tones. Then when you actually use it the color goes on as a mauve red, that old fashioned red you see in paintings. You would have to put on 3 or 4 coats to get a good rich color. I have an olive complexion so it looks ok, but not my favorite. I suspect it looks spectacular on someone with a more pecan complexion. ... show more

Love Sally hansen Miracle Gel! Looks like gel - shiny and thick enough. And 5 days without any chipping! Then it begin to chip just a little bit on the tips, I cover tips with a little of nail polish and cover it again with the Miracle Gel top and here you are - 2-3 days more. Of course if I do something like washing the dishes or clothes without gloves, it can chip faster, but still I love it! Had recently some OPI nail polish, but really got disappointed- costs more than Sally Hansen, doesn't look like gel and chips on the second day... I will definitely recommend Sally!! Will buy more. Hope they will widen their Gel pallet, wanna buy more colors!)) ... show more
