Why would I need a lamè I thought, I have sharp kitchen knives and they work to score the top of the bread dough. It's just a razor blade on a stick with a handle, right? Oh, I was wrong. Just got this lame and it is way better than my previous lame. It comes with several replaceable tips which makes it long lasting. It is very sharp and makes cutting bread easier! The handle is thick, easy to hold. It comes with a leather case for storage which is nice but would prefer a child lock function as it is so sharp! Great price for the quality! ... show more
