Just finished my double shovel mount on my rack. Easy to work with and looks great. Holes on the mounts were small for the bolts I wanted to use but the aluminum was easy to drill. The only thing I'm worried about is how good the straps weather. I will update if they don't last but for now it worked out great. I just recently purchased this for my work vehicle to hold a swimming pool pole. Previously it was strapped on my crossbars with a bungie cord, and I wanted something sturdy and reliable, unlike a bungie cord. I purchased this, and within a week, my $170 pool pole didn’t make it home.. and is lost somewhere on the freeway. I was really disappointed when I got home and realized this. By no means was the pole too large of diameter for this product, yet it sheared the rubber as shown in the photo.
