    • Better bagging but still not up to a Honda
$30 won't make a Snapper into a Honda mower. I bag in the fall with my leaves. We have many fruit trees, popular and willow trees in our yard. Our Honda mower leaves a clean path while my Snapper takes two passes. This new blade does a better job than the OEM high lift blade, but I still need to take a 2nd pass over the same area to get all the leaves. I think it was worth the money and the time to install the blade and I would purchase another one in the future in the need arose. The Honda just does a better job. ... show more

Why Briggs/Snapper hasn't developed a one-piece true high lift blade like Honda is beyond me. This blade helps prevent the bagging chute from clogging and actually makes the mower the "hi-vac" that is advertised. It does put more strain on the engine and you'll notice it uses more gas, but ultimately it's worth it. ... show more
