Great microphone. I wanted to use my AirPods Pro for audio / gaming, but the microphone on AirPods is terrible. This has been a perfect solution! The RGB is also a nice touch. The Razer Synapse software makes it very easy to use!

Wow, ok definitely a great mic!! I was using a fifine A6T prior and this is an incredible upgrade. Here’s the thing though- I did my research, and it needs some work to get that crisp podcasty vibe with the warm tones. BUT IT CAN BE DONE!!! I installed Nvidia Broadcast (free) and turned on their AI noise cancellation and everything and it’s beautiful. OBS is also great to use as well. The Razer synapse really didn’t do much for me. I like being able to set a color threshold to see if I’m too loud though. My neighbors also appreciate this feature. You can also change the mute color if red is annoying or turn off the rgb entirely. But Nvidia really brought the best out of the mic. The quality of the sound truly is substantially better with that app. But only if you are going to tweak the settings- but if so, then it’s worth it! My friends love how it sounds on discord and in games and I can even do a podcast with it but I would never do it without that app clearing up the background noise and echoing from the room. The ai filters really do make it sound like I’m in a recording studio with Razer. The size is pretty big but I don’t mind. The mute button isn’t hard to press either. Very responsive compared to some videos I’ve seen online. The base screws into a standard 5/8 or 3/8 screw thing so it worked with majority of boom arms. I reused my fifine boom arm for it and it’s fine! Definitely consider this if on sale for 100 or less! Then it’s worth the price! ... show more

My fiancé and I LOVE this mic. We use it for streaming and the quality is fantastic. As per usual with Razer products though the suite/main app needs to be finagled with quite a bit before it works properly but that’s just par for the course with their products.

Bought it for my wife as an anniversary gift along with an arm. She had a simple little microphone that she got for work as she struggles to wear her headphones sometimes and she works from home in her office so not wearing them doesnt affect anyone else. The microphone before this was cheap and functional but not super great sound quality, I got this one set up on the arm and on her desk as a surprise and she absolutely loves it for work, video calls with friends/family, and Discord and all her other voice chat things. The sound quality is amazing, same with auto adjustment for volume and echo/noise cancellation. It has a good weight to it and doesnt feel like its going to break if you breathe too hard near it. The lights are fun and the on-mic mute touch button is very responsive and the lights help by showing you when you're muted and when you're not. I cant wait to get one for myself ... show more

I love it. I wish the product specs were clear that it needs to plugged in directly into MacBook USB if you want to use the Synapse. Otherwise it just keeps trying to load it on the app. I have a MacBook Air so I have to plug it in through a port. Otherwise it works great and I can adjust it manually to where I need it to be. It’s easy to use, the sound quality is great and it looks fantastic though it’s rather large. Cord length is great, a lot of slack. ... show more
