It’s soft, it vacuums like a dream, and it looks SO BEAUTIFUL!!! Loved the price point, as I am new to area rugs, and I was worried I was going to have to sell a kidney to buy one. For the price, the quality is excellent, and I love how it completes my living room. I didn’t really consider how white dog hair would show up on the black, before I picked the color, but even with all the shedding hair 2 dogs create, the rug cleans up really well. PRO: Looks great, feels comfortable to walk, sit, and lay on. Color is good, quality seems to be holding up so far even after cleaning up a few pet incidents. CON: Comes in a box where it is folded on itself twice, so you have to unfold it, then roll it completely and let it sit for 24-48hrs to help get the fold creases out. I used some stick down strips on the ends once I unrolled it to help keep it firmly laid out. Once it was laid out for a few days it settled in nicely, just know its not an unbox and enjoy on day 1. ... show more

I purchased the Ivory/Black. Great price, quality, and look! One of the best rugs I’ve bought without the creases or folded corners once unrolled. It laid flat within a couple hours on its own. I read through all reviews and went through every picture for a few weeks before deciding on a new rug & color for our living room. The last one I purchased was the perfect color, but was “washable” like so many are now and my vacuum just sucked it up and was unable to vacuum it properly. Not a fan with two kids & two dogs! I just redid a dining room in a dark, bold color and wanted a white rug to enhance the look, but didn't want to spend a lot because it's white rug and things happen. I've been happy with the other SAFAVIEH rugs I've purchased, so I took a chance on this one. It did the job surprisingly well. It's a soft, light pattern and looks better than it is on the floor. My only complaint is that the wrinkles were tough to remove in a timely fashion. An iron and a wet towel used as a pressing cloth did the trick. Overall, this rug is very thin and without a rug pad (which would cost about as much as the rug), it wouldn't be the best choice to sit on. It's OK for an area like a dining room where the comfort factor isn't important. It shipped quickly as well. I returned the first rug as it looked too big in the room, and the second one arrived in one day. Amazing service. ... show more

I ordered this rug because the price point was lower than most. I was a bit concerned by that, but considering my dog has accidents every once in awhile, I was not willing to spend a larger amount for something will most likely need to be replaced again soon. But price aside this rug is soft, and the coloring is way better than I expected. I ordered the Boho in Ivory Turquoise and I would say the rug is definitely both. It is more on the creamy white side and the turquoise is spot on, with maybe some darker blue threads as well, but not so much that it doesn't look turquoise, if that makes sense. It is perfect for my mix of décor color blues in my room. I have both turquoise and navy pillows. I was worried that it would arrive folded as I had read some reviews mentioning rugs arriving that way and it was so hard to get the folds out or they gave up on the rug. Mine arrived rolled and it rolled out easy. For the 1st part of the day it did look like it had a few ripples in the rug, and the corners of course were rolling up. I just put some heavy books on the corners and the coffee table on the rug where it should be and this morning it looks great... less than 24 hours. It's supposed to be easy to clean, although I don't want to have to clean any spills or accidents... I hope this is true. End review....nice rug, cute pattern and color and price for the win. ... show more

This carpet is lovely! It is so soft, so pretty and fits my space exactly as I planned. The color is soft and beautiful, true to the description. Absolutely no chemical smell at all! There was some creasing at the edges that I have since worked out in 24 hours. Spraying a little bit of water and working with some heavy books has mostly resolved the issue. The rug is nice. Disappointing in size. 4x6 more like 4x5 that 1foot makes a difference when lining it up with a doorway. Price was cheap enough to keep and just reorder in a bigger size. Hopefully next one will be spot on with the measurements.

Great rug from a good brand. This is my 3rd Safaveiah(sp?) rug from Amazon - they've all been black and ivory. This one is pretty thin (the other two are thicker, and wool) but substantial enough to lay flat and not get sucked into the vacuum cleaner. The pattern is beautiful. No weird smell.
