I was in the process of replacing my old toilet's seal when I discovered that the bolts that held the tank to the base had completely rusted and several parts were shot. Seemed pointless, since the toilet was over 40 years old, to try to get parts to repair it. I needed a toilet that was no more than 26" tall and had to fit into a very small bathroom. This seemed ideal and it was. Installation is a snap and unlike other toilets you buy, this company includes all the parts you need including the wax ring. The only real issue is that it is extremely tricky to center the toilet onto the flange bolts since you cannot see what you are doing and even trickier to get your hand into the small holes to screw on the nuts. Othewise, there's really nothing to put together. The toilet comes securely packed, encased in a thick Styrofoam sarcophagus. The company clearly doesn't want to take any chances with breakage. I chose to use one of the better than wax gaskets instead of the wax, only because when you are trying to center and place the toilet on the flange by yourself, changes are about 1000% that you will miss the mark and ruin the wax ring and then have to start all over with a new wax seal. The toilet looks great, operates great, and is a great value. My biggest concern was that because of the large toilet base, it was going to hit my water supply. My water supply line is much closer to the toilet than it is in most regular size bathrooms. However, the design of the toilet allows for enough carve out space in the back for it to fit. Yes! This is the perfect toilet but for a self-install it took a few hours. If you’re putting this in a tight space it will be difficult as you cannot align the bolts to the toilet as easy as recommended. It’s what we wanted but for a self install it took us a few hours. Happy with the finished product.

Wow, what a sleek new toilet. Good-looking one-piece toilet. Easy to setup. I usually use brand name toilets, but they didn't have the size that I needed. I'm glad I made the decision to go with this Horow toilet. It flushes well, is quiet and fits our space perfectly. My only callout is the water level in the bowl is lower than I'm used to (wondering if it adjustable). My contractor found the install to be difficult. However the instructions that came with the toilet were minimal. After contacting the company, they provided videos which were much more helpful. I would suggest the use of a 9/16th socket to more easily reach to tighten the floor bolts. Although clearances were not mentioned, I would allow at least two feet on either side of the toilet. Very responsive customer service, and even had phone support after going back and forth by email trying to get things sorted out. Unlike the toilets with which I am familiar, this one comes with a quick disconnect seat. So, there is no need to access retaining bolts from behind or to the side of the toilet like on older models. I had given a negative review because I mistakenly thought one would have to pull the toilet to change the seat. The caps for the floor bolts do gap a bit. If you want a bidet you might want to order Harrow's version as mine would not work with this seat. I do like this toilet, which sits higher. Flushes well...which is what it is all about! ... show more

ADA compliant toilet is over 17inch at top of seat. This toilet is only over 17 at top of seat cover. Seat cover should not be in measurement. The tilet is advertised with everything you need to install. No water hose provided and none standard fitting size. Vendor happy to refund accept return if you'll pay the shipping costs to return. ... show more
