This ivory runner is the 2nd of 3 rugs in this pattern that I have ordered and need to send back. Shipping has taken especially long to Hawaii (it’s also holidays). Both the 6’x9’ rug and runner arrived with brown spots in between the raised detail. The larger rug seemed like it was a return that was sent out again, since it was missing some of the original wrapping and had a mess of tape on the outer bag. The runner arrived with the same stains. It is a gorgeous rug, and if you are willing to risk getting a stained one it may be worth trying to get a clean one. But don’t buy it if you don’t want to wrestle the packaging off and then back on again and deal with the hassle of returns. Also, you’ll need a ton of tape and patience to wrap it back up and lug it around. I’m hoping to get lucky on the 3rd rug that is set to arrive soon. If the stains were removable I might have kept these, but it appears to be integrated into the paste holding the rug maybe to the backing. I can’t tell. It is kind of crusty in the low areas between the pattern. The larger rug also had frayed edges, so I’m unsure how these rugs will hold up. They might be great for staging a house to sell but not for daily living. I’ve tried to photo the spots but they don’t show well on camera. Too bad that is not the case in person! The first 3 photos are from the runner, the last 4 are from the 6’x9’ rug. Honestly, it is just not worth it, but maybe I got the rejects of these rugs, because these sizes seem to be sold out now.

The rug is as pictured and described! The delivery was seamless with the rug arriving well packed and secured. When I unrolled it there was no discernible odor that my sensitive nose detected. Great experience and a great price! I highly recommend this seller!!!!

I bought two of these spectacular rugs. They are true ivory in color, all wool, sculpted design. They are truly beautiful. There are some other reviews showing a dirty looking color and some with stains. Mine are a true ivory and were in perfect condition when delivered. In my experience with wool rugs, I’ve found them to be stain resistant and easy to spot clean. I’m hoping these will be as well.

I am in LOVE with this carpet! PROS: -beautiful woven design that withstands vacuuming and doesn’t get threads pulled -doesn’t leave impressions afterwards when objects rest on it too long like chair legs -luxury design for an affordable price (I got it on a Black Friday deal) ONLY CON: -it sheds like crazy so if you are like me and have dark wood flooring but have a robot vacuum then it won’t bother you, but if you don’t have a Rumba then expect a lot of up-keeping and dust particles to be seen on your hardwood

I was very excited to get this rug for my sitting area in my bedroom. We unrolled it, and used a rug liner too, knowing it would take some time to flatten out. But after three weeks, it still is not quite laying flat on the floor. The quality is good but the feel is more stiff than soft. I like this company, and all my rugs come from them, but this is my least favorite rug in my new home.
