It’s soft, it vacuums like a dream, and it looks SO BEAUTIFUL!!! Loved the price point, as I am new to area rugs, and I was worried I was going to have to sell a kidney to buy one. I got the Tulum print in this rug. This is a medium pile rug and pf great quality as expected from Safavieh. I absolutely love all their rugs, as they are durable, great design and affordably priced.

I ordered this rug because the price point was lower than most. I was a bit concerned by that, but considering my dog has accidents every once in awhile, I was not willing to spend a larger amount for something will most likely need to be replaced again soon. But price aside this rug is soft, and the coloring is way better than I expected. I ordered the Boho in Ivory Turquoise and I would say the rug is definitely both. It is more on the creamy white side and the turquoise is spot on, with maybe some darker blue threads as well, but not so much that it doesn't look turquoise, if that makes sense. It is perfect for my mix of décor color blues in my room. I have both turquoise and navy pillows. I was worried that it would arrive folded as I had read some reviews mentioning rugs arriving that way and it was so hard to get the folds out or they gave up on the rug. Mine arrived rolled and it rolled out easy. For the 1st part of the day it did look like it had a few ripples in the rug, and the corners of course were rolling up. I just put some heavy books on the corners and the coffee table on the rug where it should be and this morning it looks great... less than 24 hours. It's supposed to be easy to clean, although I don't want to have to clean any spills or accidents... I hope this is true. End review....nice rug, cute pattern and color and price for the win. ... show more

I’ll start off by saying that I really like this rug. It is very well made and soft, and the pattern is subtle which I preferred for the room I was putting it in. However, after the rug was rolled out and placed where we wanted it, something seemed off. I was hoping that it was just because we didn’t center it correctly between our two furniture pieces but after measuring it, sure enough it’s because the rug is definitely not 9’x9’!! It’s more like 8.5’. I specifically needed a 9’ wide rug because I wanted to have the ends of the rug to be just under the furniture (to keep it from sliding). Now I’m not so sure. I’ll probably end up keeping it because returning would be too much of a hassle to haul it out. That’s why I gave it 4 stars, just because of the inaccuracy of sizing. If size doesn’t matter (*insert perverted giggle*) then I’d definitely recommend this rug. However, if you want a specific size, I’d tread carefully. ... show more

First of all this is probably our 10th Savafieh rug and we have always loved them. This one in particular has the strongest chemical smell I’ve ever smelled and I’m considering sending it back. We have had a HEPA filter on it, used baking soda, carpet cleaner- all of the things and it just smells so toxic although Savafieh states all their rugs are Oeko Tex certified safe for humans and pets. It’s beautiful and soft but I don’t like my kids crawling around on something that smells so strongly chemical. ... show more
