I really, really wanted this runner as I have two of the matching large round rugs in my living room and I absolutely love them. I tried twice but on both orders I received, the runner had what appeared to be steam stains (?) on one end of the rug. It's hard to describe, but it wasn't the nap of the rug or anything like that making it appear to be a different color, it was like it was steamed wrong or something. One of the rugs had a large circular steam mark. Very noticeable, and took up about one third of the rug. I really wanted this runner and I may try to order again. These rugs (I got two) came fast and beautiful. Layed flat easily and no new rug smell. Our dogs love them. I did order a rug pad, just 1/4” and it’s felt on one side and rubber on the floor side which I think has helped it feel cushy. Truthfully I never put them down without a rug pad so not sure how thin it feels on its own. Ordered the ivory/cream combination and these pictures make it look more grey but I’m happy with it! My husband and I, and our dogs love this rug overall. It’s fairly soft, but we also bought a pad to go under for extra softness and to prevent any sliding, since it’s on hardwood floors. Main complaint is that we ordered the 8x10 and we received a 7.5x9.5, so we recommend ordering the next size up to make sure you’re at least getting the size you want. Ridiculous! Also, we ordered the ivory/cream and the color is accurate — it doesn’t appear mushroom like some other reviews mentioned, so perhaps it was their lighting? ... show more

We were looking for a soft, thin, cream runner that would work with our IKEA bed with drawer storage. Do these runners meet that criteria? For the most part. The one thing I found very disappointing is the picture of the beige/cream rugs make it look like the colors are clearly separated and distinct. In reality, the colors are more mottled and it actually makes it look like someone tracked dirt on the carpet. Will we still use them? Yes because we are tired of trying to find what we need. The rug is a good rug and great for the money. It however is no where close to the color in the picture. It absolutely didn't work in the room we bought it for because the brown ended up looking blueish grey in that room. Fortunately for us we were able to put it to use in the basement. If you just need a rug this is a decent rug at a decent price... If you care about the color... Be very very careful here. ... show more
